My experience, which was not my first experience with home mortgage, was the worst. My family (which has purchased multiple properties) had such a horrible experience with Shelli Schlotfedlt. Unfortunately, their experience working with Shelli lead to many delays during the closing process of the loan. Shelli lacked meeting deadlines to send loan documents to the title company. Due to all the obstacles Shelli would email my family regarding the loan, I was asked to help my family with yet additional steps. While doing so, I realized how incompetent she was at meeting every deadline she would set, causing the closing to extend yet another day. Save yourself time and money and choose another mortgage loan officer.
