Stopped in the service dept while on a road trip for a weird noise coming from the suspension. They were able to get me in and fix it almost immediately.
Shout out to the service manager for the huge help while we were away from my tools!

This dealership is terrible! They are only interested in selling vehicles but not at all interested in taking care of their customers!!! My husband and I bought a brand new RAM truck three years ago and we take it there for regular maintenance and repair. We live a long way away and usually my husband has to wait for the repairs to be done. It’s not a great place to wait. Today he has waited for 8 hours so far in an uncomfortable chair and with no offer of a vehicle for him to use!! They said they don’t have any! Well that’s rediculous! Get some! They stopped work for lunch, okay everyone needs lunch, but then they came and told him that the tech was pulled into the “managers” office for 45 minutes just before the truck was almost done!!!! Who does that? Where is there any consideration for others? That is unacceptable and a terrible way to treat people! I will never buy another vehicle from them ever and I will spread the word of their poor customer service!!!!!!!!!Shame on you!!!

If I could give this dealership more than 5 stars I would. Doug's care and communication was truly phenomenal and I could tell that he genuinely cared about me as a customer. The whole team really acted with integrity and I knew I could trust them every step of the way to get the needed work done as quickly as possible. They went above and beyond to get my truck fixed, giving me a rental for the wait. Justin my main service advisor and Luis the tec most involved in the fix got to the root of an issue that we have spent the last 1.5 years struggling with that 3 other dealers brushed off/didn't fix. I will be telling anyone that asks to buy/service their vehicles at this dealership.

Everyone at Dodge Town Chrysler is cool..
ELI!!! Is the best! He made sure I was taken care of. I was needing extensive front end work as well as brake work. Eli made sure I was taken care of and had me out of there in record time. Too cool!

This has been the absolute BEST experience I have ever had a dealership. I brought my 2008 Jeep in for service and Doug in the service department took the best care of me and my Jeep. I ended up purchasing a new (to me) Jeep and Soren made the process absolutely painless. 10/10 would recommend Town for any of your car needs! Stop in and see them!

I've had a great experience working with Noah to get the perfect RAM 2500 for my needs. I had a very specific set of requirements and Noah and the rest of the staff worked with me to determine that the best course of action was to order one from the factory. Noah kept me up to date with updates during the process and followed up after delivery to make sure that my questions were addressed. Everyone else at this dealership that I've interacted with have also been friendly and easy to work with. I'm very happy that we have a local dealer that's great to work with and highly recommend. Oh, and the truck is great too!
