“Blew a trailer tire for the first time. Was able to get all four and the spare changed out over Memorial Day weekend while staying at the nearby state park. Two changed out the same day (in about 45 minutes) and three more the next day also in about 45 minutes. Crew was very friendly and communicated clearly and often. Amazing service! “I recently ordered five FALKEN WILDPEAK A/T4W Tires and five G-FX MV1 Rims from Discount Tire in Wenatchee, WA. I initially had an appointment scheduled but ended up walking in a few days early. Eddie promptly checked me in, and Jose efficiently installed the new tires on my Winnebago Solis. Both were kind, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. They also recommended getting my lug nuts retorqued after 100 miles, which was very helpful advice. “Pomps- new owners of GCR - these guys are great!Came in with a noise coming from my rear wheel.Brought it in, and they began to work on my rig, 2011 Duramax 3500hd.There were 3 broken studs with the lug nuts and broken ends of the studs rolling around inside the wheel cap.Upon further inspection, they found that the previous shop used a ton of locktite on each stud and most likely airguned the mess out of each lug, not creating a host of issues.The guys here know what they are doing and even though I am on the other side of the mountains from my home, I will bring my rigs to them when I need work done regarding tires.Thanks a bunch, fellas!Mark P.”
