I highly recommend sweetheart bridal for wedding dresses or prom dresses. I recently bought my wedding dress there and they made me feel so welcomed and beautiful. They were very personable and made me feel extremely comfortable!

Wow!!! Customer service, attention to detail, selection... Sandra knows how to come along the bride and assist in a stress free way. She is an absolute delight and I can't say enough great things about her. We didn't want to travel to Spokane or Seattle, we wanted to support local... here in our beautiful valley... SO GLAD WE DID!!! Please, before you go anywhere else book an appointment with Sweetheart Bridal and Prom and see for yourself, you won't be disappointed. I don’t even know where to start! But I can’t thank Sandra enough for what she did for me. The experience was amazing and finding my dress was even better! But the best thing out of it was having someone who truly took the time to get to know me and help me chose MY dress. Sandra not only opened up her shop for me super late after I got off work one day, but she truly didn’t care about making a sale or just finding me any dress. All she cared about was finding me MY dress, the dress that would make me happy, and sure enough she did!! Shopping at Sweetheart Bridal was an amazing experience and truly one of a kind. Thank you again Sandra ❤️.

Sandra runs a beautiful bridal store, and she is so knowledgeable and down to earth! She really listened to what I was looking for and found several dresses that fit the description well for us to consider. My sister and I came to Sweetheart Bridal and Prom while we were in town from Seattle and it was so worth it. Great selection of high quality dresses within budget, and noticeably more affordable than in bigger cities for new dresses. Sandra explained exactly what alternations would be needed too. I'd highly recommend this bridal shop and wonderful service to friends. Thanks Sandra for all your help!

I came to sweetheart bridal after having a terrible experience at David's bridal. Sweetheart was the complete opposite of David's bridal. The ladies were AMAZING. They asked all the right questions, helped me in and out of the dresses, and were so kind! They even took me outside with one of their dresses so we could see it in the sunlight. They're just incredible. I found my dream dress and had so much fun. They made the bridal experience what it's supposed to be! Thank you sweetheart bridal!! ♥️

One stop shop! Had to buy a formal dress last minute for a black tie wedding…tried on a handful of dresses-found the perfect dress that fit perfectly! Highly recommend. Thank you ladies!

Sweetheart bridal and prom made my wedding dress shopping an absolutely wonderful experience. Sandra, and her associate are sweethearts, truly!! I felt like I was walking into my friends shop. I’m a really indecisive person and I actually had to come back to the shop a second time. I went to two other shops (just because and figure out what I like) and those other shops provided no where near the comfort and care that sweetheart bridal and prom provided- which made me go back!! Sandra never made me feel pressured. She only reassured me and brought great insight. The women in this shop work FOR YOU!! They are not just fantastic sales women, but truly awesome people. I wish I could get married 100 times just to have an excuse to buy more dresses from this shop.

If I could give a zero or negative star, I would. My daughter is wedding dress shopping, she called to see how she goes about setting an appointment to try on dresses and see what styles this place had to offer. Her wedding is in November '23. They were rude and questioned her intentions on wanting to try on dresses. Told her it would cost her to try on dresses, she was fine with paying for a consultation. But after this very rude and very uncomfortable phone call with the owner, we will not be spending our money at this establishment.

Amazing staff and they have even more amazing dresses! The staff was so sweet and encouraging as I tried on dresses. I will be finding any occasion to buy a dress from them again.
