I have been with Spectrum for along time now. I hate that Channel 2 and Channel 22 is always having technical difficulties. I'm really sick of it. I watch alot of shows on that Channel. We pay alot of money to not be able to watch our programs

I went to the spectrum store in Wenatchee to update my nephew's phone and had an unpleasant experience with one of the associates, her name is Heidi, she was not friendly at all, a little sarcastic and not informative.seemed like she was bothered by our presence and that we were asking for a free phone , bad service. I returned at night to pick up the new phone after having downloaded all the information on the new phone but there was still a lot left to do, but a kind person I believed was the manager m immediately found a solution , since I had to go to work and I couldn't wait any longer for the phone.

Being irritated is an understatement when it comes to this company. The WiFi is HORRIBLE. When times are hard during the holidays and you aren’t ableTo pay your bill they send it to a debt collector… for 100$??? Really??? They have no leniency when it comes to their LOYAL customers who have been with them for years. It’s all about them getting every last penny they possibly could. Once I pay the outstanding amount I am officially NEVER ever gonna do business with spectrum again. They should be ashamed of themselves and I hope they lose more customers. Not to mention they spam call my phone every single day. I already talked to an agent and let them know I wasn’t going to be able to pay right away. They have no empathy or sympathy whatsoever. It’s Christmas for Christ’s sake ;(

Came in to get new phones wouldn't even answer simple questions like what are the deals right now what is my bundling if I bundle my internet and telephones together just blew me off and just told me what it said on the sign and kind of just looked at house like she didn't have anything else to say so we just walked out. Worst customer servi.ce

My wife and me were at the Wenatchee spectrum store today wanting to upgrade our phones and Michelle helped us. She started out being nice but when we had said that we wanted to go from Apple to an android phone she started being rude and disrespectful to us. She kept talking over us and interrupting when we were trying to talk. It’s ridiculous that a grown woman who is a salesperson can be so disrespectful to customers. There are only a couple of employees there that are not rude but a lot that are. We walked out before I was able to snap on the woman and tell her where to go. We are seriously considering taking our business to another company altogether.

Heidi difficult to deal with. May perform better for others. Area manager Mr. Nik Gloyn was a wonderful aid to resolve things at times.

Heidi was so helpful with getting my wifi set up, definitely go to the store in wenatchee rather than calling the main line of spectrum.Best deal in town as well for wifi!
