If you have a vehicle under warranty go somewhere else!!! These guys will find away to void it and charge you!! Why would I buy local when your service sucks and doesn't honor warranty work?? If your looking for a new GMC go to Dave Smith you get treated better!!!

Had a great experience taking our car for service/ repairs. Edgar was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car situation and was very understandable/relatable. Ginger, also helped us with the payment process and was very friendly and really nice. Good people!

If you want to buy from an honest and quite possibly the last grassroots family business Sangster motors might not be for you, If you do though they are a NO pressure dealership with a great family vibe. Every dealership can always be great but it’s when things (manufacturer’s fault) go wrong the difference is how your represented and taken care of and that’s the point you realize your at a great place and a partner in buying a vehicle. Sangster actually sold my son his first new truck and being 21 you worry so I went with him but kept my distance so he could do it himself and noticed how they took care of him and the reason I went through Sangster for a new truck myself. Thanks Sangster family

Tracy Jones and Sangster Motors have been a God send for taking care of any issues I've had with my 2018 GMC Canyon pickup with the 2.8 Dura Max Diesel. I have been elated with both the vehicle and the service they have provided. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for service.

The inventory was minimal but the staff was very helpful and polite. I feel that the vehicle was priced a little higher than but they did take care of everything that they promised. Overall I had a great experience.

I was wanting a particular car and the salesman was completely honest with me, said it wasn't a good vehicle. But didn't try to pressure me into any vehicles. Worked with me on getting me the price I wanted for the vehicle I wanted. The finance manager there was great too. Didn't pull any hubbub after the fact. Just sign, sign pay and go. Of course that was for an outright purchase not finance. But it was still a great experience. When in the market for a truck in the future will definitely be considering going back.

Went in looking at a 2017 GMC Acadia, we were in need of a vehicle with a 3rd row seat to accommodate our growing family. When we got there we were met by Brandon, he showed us the vehicle we were interested in. After talking about some of the pros and cons of the gmc we decided to take it for a test drive. On the test drive we spoke about why we needed the 3rd row and that it was really our number 1 priority. We got back abs my wife noticed the weather tech floor mat and asked about how we would go about using the 3rd and if we would need to take it out to fold seats up. Brandon told us yea the seats are right there under the mat just pull it out fold it up. We thought nothing of it as there are cup holders seat belt slots abs USB ports back there. So we proceeded with paperwork and took it home with us. A week later we went to fold the 3rd row out to use it and there is no third row. So Monday I call to get the scoop. I speak with Brandon and he informs me he had zero clue but that is the only Acadia model that does not have a third row seat. So I ask what is next can they get me a third row seat since I was told it was there. He tells me he has to check and will get back with me. 4 hours go by and still nothing. So I call, and he tells me they don’t make a third row, which doesn’t seem right to me with all the cup holders and things, but also that if I traded it back into them I would be out a bunch of money because they wouldn’t give me as much as I paid for it. He then proceeded to tell me that they all decided MY FAMILY needed to wait a couple years until the boys are older and then get something with a 3rd row. When I asked him about him telling us there was a 3rd row seat he just happened to not recall the conversation. Which is quite convenient for the situation.At that point I was not happy and ended the conversation. I ended up calling the sales manager Cory. He tells me this is the first he has heard of the issue. Takes all my info and tells me he will take care of it and call me back. I don’t hear from him the rest of the day and into the next, so I call him and leave a voicemail. I don’t get a call back so the next day I do the same. I don’t get a call back. So we are now 3 days into them knowing about to issue and nothing. So I get ahold of someone I know who is in sales there. He informs me Cory is in the building and I ask him to let him know I’m waiting for his return call. He speaks with him, and I have to this day not got a call back. With buisness like this it’s an absolute travesty they are the “worlds best” they must have scammed enough people to get some votes. I wouldn’t even send your biggest enemy there! Completely unprofessional, to make a mistake and then run and hide from it instead of owning up to what happened and making it right. It’s truly sad.
