Absolutely great! The bearings went out on our RV camper just south of Tonasket last week. They brought a tilt-bed truck with a mini-loader that had an assortment of hitches. Pulled the trailer onto the flatbed with ease. Ryan made sure that it was done exactly right. They took it to Wenatchee for us and delivered it to All Seasons without a dent or scratch. I use to never have anything bad to say and still don’t but had a bad experience sadly as my moms trailer I was towing which use to be my grandparents is gonna be lost because of high rates and stupid policies. I didn’t ask them to tow it and I’m gonna lose my grandparents trailer because of all of it so my recommendation is don’t use Randy’s unless you can’t find anyone else to help.

After my car wouldn't start and a local business had it towed after telling me not to worr it ended up at Randy's tow yard. I had never had this happen and never received notice so I didn't know what to do since I couldn't afford to get it back. I tried emailing Randy's a couple times to explain my hardship and see if we could work something out and never received a response. When my son and I went to retrieve personal items and couldn't open the trunk, my son was going to lift the hood and see if the battery had been disconnected causing the key fob to not pop the trunk and was screamed at by the worker who was supervising us that he wasn't allowed to open the hood? Had I known that we should have been allowed to inspect my car for damages, I would have continued to open my hood and make sure my car was in the same condition.

Alberto was SO helpful when my kayak trailer got ran over and he had to tow it for me. He was also very understanding and patient while we dealt with the insurance company! He even let me come pick it up on a day they were closed! Thanks again for the top notch service!Service: Local hauling

Alberto at Randy’s towing SAVED us! After a long hike our truck broke down on a old dirt one way road, he was their in a hour! Dropped our truck off at the shop, AND made sure we got too the right bus stop too get back too Leavenworth too our camp ground!! Above and beyond! So kind and friendly!! Randy’s towing did a fantastic job! I called them to set up a time to pick up my vehicle and take it to a shop 30 minutes away. I wasn’t able to meet them there and they still worked with me, took my car to the shop, exchanged paperwork, and was in communication the whole time. An absolute life saver! Very professional and kind people, would highly recommend! They also worked with my insurance and made the whole process very easy.Service: Car towing
