Took my brother’s Mustang into the Kennewick location as stereo kept showing amp error and shutting down. Mike toyed with it a bit then quoted me 2-3 hours to fix what he figured was a bad install. Due to a cancellation they were able to get to it today. All fixed now with no upcharges or parts needed. I appreciate their professionalism, honesty and expertise. Highly recommend these guys!

Will never do business with Performance again. Transferred a dash kit from another store to here in kennewick for me. I didn't end up using the kit and went to return it. they never stated it was a "SPECIAL ORDER" even though it was something they carried at another store (not a special order from a supplier) and would not refund me. They'll only give me store credit so they FORCE me to spend it on something I don't need. Paid them $200 for a dash kit Maestro charges $167 for. terrible Customer Service and prices.

The Kennewick shop was awesome! I walked in with a price range and goal to get the best bang for my buck and the expectations were most definitely met! I am super happy with the quality of the speakers and professional instillation and help choosing what to get installed. The selection and brands are all top quality. Thank you Mike!

The staff in Moses lake goes above and beyond to satisfy there customers. Nat and angle are friendly and ver y professional. Highly recommend
