I have been in here before and the guys have been really helpful, very nice. . Today there was only 2 clerks in store and no customers. I asked one young man where the car mats were. Neither said hello when I came into store. When I checked out I asked a couple of questions. This young man isn’t good at customer service, I felt like he was just wanting to get it done because he had other things to do. He could at least have let me know he appreciates my business. Think I will probably go somewhere else from now on.

Less than helpful location. O'Reilly's in general is great. Each time I'm at this location I get the least helpful employees available.

I went to a nearby compeatetor who was too understaffed to help me. When someone finally came to the counter, the fellow assisted someone who had not been waiting in line before me and another person. At O'Reilly at least 5 individuals were waiting to serve customers. The store was sparkling clean. I was in an out within minutes. Great experience!

When a person is asking directions they do not what to hear Google your phone will tell you. I be thinking someone has gone beyond that already or would not be stopping and asking

Really terrible service to say the least. My girlfriend and I went there to get her headlight replaced, while the employee was checking for what bulb she needed, he dropped a piece (and didn’t even acknowledge that he dropped a piece but he knew he did) and we got the bulb and carried on with our day. We got home to put the bulb in (bc he couldn’t get it in at the store so we tried at home) and it turns out, he couldn’t get the piece in because he dropped the socket that the bulb goes into to hold it in place. So we go back to get it worked out and the guy who lost the piece wasn’t working so we talked to the manager that day and he said he would talk to the guy that lost it and confirm what happened so they could get a new piece but the first 2 weeks was pure avoidance and excuses and them not communicating with us or eachother at all. Then when we finally got him to take responsibility (after calling the store multiple times and going in multiple times) and order a new part, they ordered the part from Amazon … and the delivery date kept getting pushed back more and more and then they re ordered it from Amazon (?) bc it was taking a long time. And that one didn’t come either. So after not getting any updates about the order or anything from the guy that originally is responsible for losing the piece, he just decided to Venmo her $20 to order the piece herself. Overall just a really terrible experience and we are still going on month 2 without a headlight because of this. Keeping in mind she is a delivery driver and needs her car at night. But yeah overall, terrible experience, horrible communication, lack of responsibility and terrible customer service. We were treated poorly and not taken as seriously as we should have been. And they just kept coming up with excuses. Would’ve been better going to the East Wenatchee o’Riley’s or even global. Unacceptable ?

Still in shock that the whip made it all the way home without snapping the CV axle and leaving us stranded! O'Reillys came thru with the part was told it was in stock but that was for an automatic transmission the CV axle for the 5speed took a couple days to arrive and cost a bit more but still a good deal. Now comes the hard part. Putting that sonufabibich in the ride with no lift or air tools...

My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary. Our vehicle's alternator went out and this O'Reilly had amazing service. They lent me their tools while I did the repair. Highly recommend!
