“Been to them 3 times now.
First time was a bit poor on the customer service, but nothing alarming. The last 2 times have been good.
I am mechanically inclined and can do all this work myself. Also, I am cautious of who I let do work on my vehicles. I have been busy lately, so I gave them a try. So far, they have met my requirement.
Although, I thought Valvoline offered you the ability to look at a monitor that shows the employees working. This one has never done that and with all the times terrible mechanics have messed up my vehicles, it keeps me on edge when I am here.”
