I don't do reviews,but feel like this is the exception to my rule. I've been given the run around for two business days with several inquiries about a situation that went unanswered. I left work two hours early on Tuesday to go in personally for answers. I was reassured it would be taken care of and not to worry, she'll' personally be in touch. I left there feelingreassured. My account is now overdrawn with service fees. Crickets from the credit union. I've been a loyal customer for over 15 years.. Feeling like I obviously don't really matter. I finally called yet again just before closing, I was put on hold for 20 minutes, just like when i went into the bank, so the person helping me could review it with her supervisor. When she returned to the phone she gave me a completely different senerio I hadn't even heard yet. Very poor customer service. I'm so disappointed in how this has been handled..

Was in the market for a truck, got helped by luis he went over the details and procedures extremely well. He referred me over to Javi and I was taken care of really well.

Had me sign the title of the car I bought over to them before they even knew I would be approved. Now I'm stuck with no loan or title and it was at their directions. Make sure you're either approved for the loan or don't sign the title over. It's worth the second trip. Now I can't go anywhere else to get a loan because I don't have the title of my own car.

I have never had a bad experience here, aside from a longer than I'd like wait. But that's nothing compared to the good service from the staff, and how easy banking here is.

Anna, the new employee at this branch was super kind and helpful when I was in a tight spot and had an unexpected charge which caused an overdraft fee. I will definitely recommend Numerica to anyone. Thank you, Anna. Thanks you, Numerica.

We applied for a HELOC loan and were told that we were in the lowest risk position we could be. During the application process we were forced to take part in a race and ethnicity survey. We voiced concerns and said we did not want take part in it and they said that was fine but they would fill it out based on what they could see. We decided to do it since we were assured that it would not effect our loan. We were later called and told that our loan was being denied.

I moved to the area and my old credit union recommended I use branch sharing instead of closing my account. Numericas teller told me they only do it thru the atm. I asked if she could help me with information and all she’d do was repeat herself. When she realized I wasn’t going away she asked another teller to help. She at least tried to help but her answers we still to just use the atm. Really annoyed I didn’t just close my account when I moved. If you want to use branch sharing, do not expect any help from the employees. They generally acknowledge that they know nothing about it.

I have banked over 12 years and have had the worst service today waiting for a represenitive to help.I will be changing banks.I don't want a virtual appt.-I don't want to wait until the end of the day to have my call returned.I live 2 hrs.away and not happy at all.

We closed on our first home a couple hours ago and I have nothing but positive things to says about you Greg . Thanks for working fast and hard on our file as you promised. Not very happy with the service that I received in reference to my accounts the staff always seems like they're not into it sometimes and I've been pushed aside more than once when I was in the middle of doing something got interrupted for another person that walked up and always seems like the branch manager is unhappy never friendly with a smile asked him to help me he didn't want to I don't understand why I'm a customer like anyone else I may not have $1 million in there but I think what little I have a score something isn't it a smile would be nice I think you would be nice hello would be nice act like you like your job would be nice maybe it's time for retirement

Don’t have enough people working in their bank. I was given an online appointment for setting up an account even though I walked into the branch. The online call didn’t work and they wouldn’t continue the appointment on my phone.I’m disappointed that I was unable to set up an account and now need to find another bank.
