Needed a windshield chip repaired as it was pretty bad, and the same day it happened they squeezed me in right before closing and it was a totally hassle-free experience. Would definitely go here again.

I’m very happy with the service I received! Ordering a new windshield, scheduling an appointment, insurance and install, all went smoothly. Hopefully I won’t be returning anytime soon, but if I catch a chip or need a windshield replacement, there is no doubt where I will go.

Fast and easy to go through your insurance. They are a preferred vendor of progressive. Their chip repair is still going strong. I've had others that do not work as well.

Had windshield replaced on my 2012 Dodge Charger in 2021 at Millenium Glass. Unfortunately, they installed the windshield incorrectly and it made a loud whistling sound. I went back and they ordered another windshield and soon replaced it again. This time correctly. However, they broke some plastic tab's below the windshield wipers and inside where the rear view mirror attaches. They said, and I quote, "its plastic, it will break and there is nothing we can do about it. it gets brittle after a while". Well, I've had my windshield replace a few times while living in Montana and they never broke anything and I've had it replace since this incident and they didn't brake anything.The straw that broke the camels back in this situation is when I went to get my windshield replaced again in mid summer 2023 (rock chips and big cracks), the new facility showed me where the previous installer (Millenium Glass) gouged the paint under and around there the seal goes for the glass. There was a lot of excessive gouging of the paint and that caused rust to start. It was evident to see the tool marks making the scratches all the way down to bare metal and they didn't even bother to seal it. Some scratches extended beyond where the sealant goes and was exposed to the environment. I couldn't see the scratches because the rubber lip on the windshield hid it from view but not from the weather.All this to say in a nutshell, I can't stand it when people trash something that is not theirs. I was brought up to treat other peoples property better than my own. This severe lack of attention to detail and wanton disregard for other peoples property is what lead to this posting and I will never use them again!

Millennium Glass fit me in on my schedule and the technicians were very helpful in diagnosing a problem that I thought I had with the windshield. They replace the windshield in the time they said they would. I would definitely go back.
