Ladies, stay clear of this place! I brought our jeep in for a new radiator and a ball joint. When we got it back, I could see all new hoses on the radiator, but the radiator itself didn’t look new. I commented on it and they said they changed it out. I brought it home and it still leaked. I returned and they adjusted one of the new clamps and it stoped leaking.
Two years later and not many miles on the vehicle since we had that work done, I brought it to a different place in Wenatchee and paid to have them go through it to see what’s wrong with the Jeep. They said the same ball joint and the radiator needed to be replaced. It’s clear that Mike Wolfe saw a woman and charged to perform the work, but never did it. Very poor indeed! I would never go to this place!!

HONEST and reasonable. I brought my Pilot in thinking I had a broken CV axle because it sounded just like when the other side broke. They squeezed me in in two days because I was leaving on a trip. They discovered it was a broken strut. They could have replaced the CV axle as well and I would have been none the wiser. They also replaced the sway bar links at their cost because they broke one removing the struts! Abraham gave me clear options to save money. Would be my mechanic of choice if I lived in Wenatchee.

Took my truck to have a coolant leak checked out. I had a 9:30 appointment. Finally, I called them at 3:30. They couldn't detect a leak, charged $130. I drove the truck home and when I pulled up, noticed steam coming from beneath the hood. Found a heater hose to be dripping onto the manifold. $20 later, the problem is fixed. Very disappointing in the overall service, communication, and expertise!

Meh, theyre nice, but the guy at the counter seemed to really enjoy the fact that my car is dying and I'm poor. Like, he smiled the entire time like he wanted to see me suffer for no reason. it was creepy and frankly made me want to never come back.Services: Engine repair

Been traveling up the west coast for the last 5 months when we were unexpectedly informed of a leak by another oil change provider. Mike Wolfe got us in same day which has been extremely rare, so for that small deed we were thankful. They needed to replace a part which they were able to obtain in one day and fixed our leak for a great price. These people are honest and great advisors for your vehicle. I wish they were back home for us so we could make this our permanent shop
