Dropped my truck off they got it in did what was necessary to get it in and back out and even told me the part that needed to be replaced and gave me part number so I could do it myself and save some money rather than pushing to have them do it ?? will 100% be taking anything else strait to them.

Hang in for second paragraph-its where the magic is! It is my pleasure to write a great review for MVA. I did some research for an honest mechanic about 15 months ago, and had them do a major 102K service on my Acura MDX. They were professional, timely, and courteous-dropping me off at home and picking me up when it was done. If you are not doing your own work, then there is always some concern over whether everything is being done according to the best practices. I was very satisfied.
Fast forward, and I came in for a yearly oil change. When I picked it up, I was told the vehicle needed a valve adjustment-a significant expense. I pointed out that this was supposed to be included in a 102K service. I said that I remembered talking about this last year, and was pretty sure they already did it, even though it did not show up as a line item on the 2023 invoice. They offered me a discount, but I felt like it was close to a bait and switch. Good price on the 102K job, but, "Oops we didn't do a major piece of it". I decided to contact the owner about the conundrum, and included a copy of several lists of just what is included at 102k (valve adjustment #1 on the list). I got a call back SUPER FAST! "Please bring your Acura in and we will take care of it." no argument, No stress JUST 100% PURE INTEGRITY.
Most automobile projects are blind items. INTEGRITY AND TRUST IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN ANYTHING ELSE-AND THESE GUYS HAVE IT!

This place is top-notch!! Honest service, efficient and fair! I dropped my car off to get my brakes replaced because I was advised by another place they need to be done. My husband said nope I want Midvalley to do it. Took it in, half hour later. They called me and said u have plenty of brake, and we are not that kind of shop. So I went back and picked it up and they charged me ZERO! I will not go anywhere but here! Fyi, I took them pizza to thank them! With the new shop they have more openings. I'm so happy to share my overwhelming amazing experience with Midvalley Auto! ?

Too much money was overpriced parts by double was not allowed to use my own Parts they broke my back handle and window release lever and didn't even fix it I spent 2000 dollars on A repair that was 700. Fully took advantage of me but they didn't know I was a mechanic and service manager for 20 years. This was not a issue of me not being able to pay More so paying for parts that were double the price as compared and carried the same warranty. Also i told you to go through the passenger door why would anyone go through my back window gate which you did break makes about as much sense as charging 2000 dollars for front brakes and rotors. Why you would not fix the handle as a courtesy after overcharging me is another mystery.

Car suddenly in limp mode one day, took it there and had surprisingly fast and detailed service, Seamus and everyone there where extremely knowledgeable and great, even got a free car wash haha

Car went in and out three times had to argue and was greatly disrespected . Went in for leaking oil. Came out with leaking and messed up power steering and oil leak. $4,000.00. Later and lots of arguing finally thought it was fixed. Oil already leaks again. I will NEVER go back after the way I was treated. Plus I don't trust what will be done to my car, Tŕeating me like im a stupid idiot, So disappointed and they took every penny I had

I used to trust these guys. They were the best in the valley. So when my plow truck needed work done I took it to them. I explained to them that aside from what I brought it in for I was some electrical issues after the new plow was installed so they told me to keep the plow on to see what was going on. When I brought it to them they totally disregarded the electric issues because they knew the mechanic who installed it and "he does good work" so I guess I must have been imagining things. I then get a call asking me why I left the plow on and that they are charging me an hour to remove it. I then get called to say the work is done only to show up and they have broken a vacuum line and it won't be ready for another day. I showed back up to getting charged for the added part and labor then on my drive home my check engine light comes on. These guys are hacks stay away

The 2 small tasks completed seemed reasonably priced?? but their "diagnosis" fee for future work was exorbitant!!
