Do Not, I repeat Do not use Lowes for any installation. I have spent the last two years of my life fighting to get a patio door installed correctly. When they finally refunded me for the door, they wouldn't refund me for the installation because it had been installed. It has been nothing but a nightmare, including six months with a door that wouldn't lock. Today I am stuck. A door that isn't right and only half of the money needed to install a new one. Customer service is not something you can count on with Lowes

So, if you want to go somewhere to witness employees having a great time. come here. They are certainly not concerned with the customers. They are standing around or walking around in groups of 2 doing their best to pretend the bothersome customers are not here. I would have given it only one star except they had the product I wanted. But almost no way to get it out of the store as they had ALL of the large carts loaded with inventory for THEIR convenience. Thank you Wenatchee Lowe's I am going back to HOME DEPOT. At least they notice their customers exist!

Lowes has gone down hill in so many ways. We spend about 50 thousand a year or more. I have purchased many products only to find they were returns not cleaned. The latest is a toilet auger that was yup used. The management is poor and non-responsive. Last week I went to purchase paint on our business account. The account was frozen. 1 hour later on the phone with customer service they explained that I am buying a "controlled" purchase and they are looking into it. How is water based paint controlled? I guess because we purchased 20 gallons earlier in the week for our project. I asked the customer service representative if I was to pay cash is it still controlled? She said no. I said so loyal customers that pay their bills on time are jammed up while anyone else can buy water based paint without harassment. She said yes. I kindly hung up and paid cash. Wprd of advise Do not open an account at Lowes they clearly control what you purchase. I have asked the store pro and customer service numerous times to take certain poeple that no longer work at our company off the account and they do nothing yet our account has been used by ex employees in other states. The lady at the register told me it's a common complaint. They appear to treat their staff terrible. We often hear staff complain to each other about the lack of leadership and care they receive. I suggest unionize. I don't like unions but this place needs it. The good news is we got our Home Depot account opened and we will be closing our Lowes account. Wish I could say we will miss it.

Almost every time I come here I can't get anyone to help me. Very few employees will ask if I need any help and if they have to call someone, I stand there for 10+ minutes and no one ever shows up. I am so over this. Why can't someone in the corporate office come and fix this place?

Just had a new refrigerator and washing machine delivered. The delivery guys were nice enough but they left without notifying us of the huge dented gouge-out area the made on our door frame moving the appliances in. There is no way this happened without their noticing and they did not alert us - guess they were happy to sneak out without telling us. Will need to replace the door jam and weather stripping to fix it back the way it was. Or I can just look at it all the time and feel irrigated and decide to go to Home Depot instead. I think Lowes should cover the costs - but I doubt they would. They get no stars from me this time!

How sad that Lowes has changed their ways, wanted to exchange sprinkler heads for a different size, without a receipt they said no. Why? Same price, yes it was, just a different size. Off to Home Depot or better yet Ace Hardware!! Lowes needs us the customer not the other way.

Manager Morgan showed no ability to help a customer on a return of a water heater that was not the size shown in the specs on their web page. She was called to help the customer service people and came in and said right off the bat said it could not be returned. Have to return it in 10 days. We were have a day late because we live 2.5 hours away, and 4th of July weekend was right in the middle of the 10 days. Big poster on the wall said 30 day return policy. She claimed that the store had a 10 day return policy. Pointed to big sign in the wall. She said it did not include water heaters. Pointed to the sign showing that it said that the policy include water heaters. (the water heater was too wide to fit in the space, and when we opened the box we measured it and it was 20" instead of the 18" stated in the specs). We had called Lowes the day after we picked it up and they said just bring it back. I told the because of the holiday weekend we could not come back until the following week. Nothing was said about a 10 day policy. The Manager left after telling us too bad, you can't leave it there. Floor person did some calling and we were finally after 2 hours, given our $850.00 refund. Will never go back to the store. EVER!!

I wish I would have looked at these reviews before trying to purchase and have a door installed. But, hopefully someone will see my review and avoid shopping at Lowes in Wenatchee. We paid to have an installer come out and measure for a door we plan on having installed from Lowes. We paid $100 to cover extra mileage to our location. We did not hear from Lowes for a long time and when we tried calling them they did not return our phone calls. Cassidy would not answer her phone. FINALLY, we scheduled a measurement. The time was 9am. They were a no show, so we called and they said between 9-2 . We had already cancelled an important meeting . We told them we needed a confirmation and they said around 12. Again they were a no show. We called a third time and they said said they'd leave in an hour . No call. Called again and they said they were on their way. Waited again and now it's 2:42 . The person who was suppose to measure told us that he didn't have time today. We called the manager and spent thirty minutes on phone. Do not do business with Lowes in Wenatchee! They do not care about customer service or you!

Service is only going further and further downhill. Unfortunately no one was able to help me today due to either not being in the store yet or being in a meeting. So far Lowe's has lost over $5000 of services from me.

i ordered about $3000 of building materials, sched. to deliver on Saturday. Around 11 am on Sat, Lowe's called and told me the truck is full and left, so i have to reschedule until next Thursday, and my inspection is on Tues. I called the assistance manager, he made up a story that they don't have a flatbed to delivery my materials, and they haven't had a flatbed for 2 weeks. They don't care. So unprofessional!

Having ordered carpeting for a rental condo, I was promised about 2.5 weeks for the install. After 6 weeks,I ended up canceling because the carpet had not even shipped from the vendor yet and could take up to a year! I had previously been told by Installation Services it had shipped 10 days after order placed (untrue), was accidentally shipped to store (untrue), it was at warehouse in Kent (untrue) and then they didn't know where it was. Even the store manager, who was supposed to call me and never did, said it was at his store (again, untrue). Every time I called, phones just rang continuously with nobody answering. Worst service ever. Will never do business with them again.

We've spent the last two days shopping at Lowe's in Wenatchee (unfortunately had to drive back from Chelan as the toilet didn't fit). I will have to say that on both visits their customer service was absolutely OUTSTANDING! I honestly can say I have never been to a better ran home improvement store in my life and with, at one time, owning 5 houses, I have quite a bit of experience. Usually you can never find help and here in Wenatchee we had the greatest experience with many employees. Keep up the great customer service and many kudos to your management and staff! You guys rock!

We moved from Chelan (Kelly's Hardware, Lake Chelan Building Supply) to Wenatchee (Lowe's, Home Depot) a few months ago. Trying out the big box stores and finding myself tipping pretty seriously toward Lowe's. PROS: Friendly staff, Veteran Discount good in store and online (HDepot offers one but you must show Vets ID to someone in the store to get the discount - not nearly as good), Good selection, Excellent prices, Online ordering is easy to use along with their App. And I tried their Curbside Pickup today for the first time and it worked perfectly. CONS: I have used their In-Store Pickup many times and it's not working well. Pickup shares the same counter as Customer Service and Returns so it is often crowded. (photo shows unattended carts and carriers jamming two of the three isles in the Cust Svc area. Only one employee waiting on customers. What you can't see is two other customers waiting in line beside me - 6-ft away of course) Seems like most times, the associate who helps me has a hard time locating my order. There must be a way to make this work better. If it can get fixed, I'll give 5-stars. BUT - now that I've had such good luck with Curbside, that will be my default. But I sure do miss Kelly's and LCBS :-)

We bought a refrigerator from Lowe's and the purchase and initial delivery was great. There was good communication and the delivery team with Brian was outstanding. They called around 8:30 in the morning to give us our "window" for delivery and were right on time. They could not install the refrigerator though because of a problem we needed to have corrected. They left the refrigerator on our deck and said they would be back to do the install when we had the water line problem solved. We got it corrected that day and contacted the delivery department the next day to have the install completed. The man who answered in deliveries was familiar with our situation and said he would put us first on the list for the next day and they would probably be out around 10 a.m. We rearranged our day to accommodate that time. No communication on the day of the install and our efforts to get information from the delivery department has been in vain - it is 2:30 in the afternoon. Our first call to the store after 10 resulted in a store manager saying he was just the store manager and didn't know anything about it. Our second call to the store resulted in a very nice female manager spending considerable time trying to help. Since we weren't having anything delivered but just having the install completed it wasn't listed on the delivery sheets. She said she would call the delivery trucks and report back to us, but that was almost 4 hours ago. We had significant commitments today that we rearranged and have been extremely inconvenienced. As I write this I am quite angry at the lack of consideration and customer service at this point.

I had Lowes of Wenatchee replace my roof and the subcontractor they used didn't pull permits, didn't have a current license to perform work, the replacement roof didn't meet code, caused over $20,000 worth of water damage inside my home, and seven months later, still have not resolved. Further, both Lowes and their subcontractor were issued citations by the state as a result and, the contractor, as a result, lost their business licenses with the state of WA. Lowes has played games ever step of the way, has not taken responsibility and I had to retain an attorney. I'm speechless at how horrible a brand like Lowe's can treat its loyal customers. Don't make the same mistake I did - Lowes does NOT stand behind work. One quick internet search and you will find this is very common with other Lowes customers across the US.
