Overall, we ended up with a really good vehicle at a good price. Our sales person, Evaristo, Was good, but they lost two stars in the last 10% of service. We drove four hours to look at this vehicle and had arranged it with them ahead of time. When we showed up to look at the truck, the muffler and tailpipe were rotted through. we tried to negotiate the price down enough that we could fix the muffler and tailpipe and drive the truck home that day. They were not into that and said they would fix it. I also asked them to fix a leaking transmission pan gasket, but the sales person and finance manager didn’t know enough about vehicles to understand how complicated of a job that was. so they said no on that, and I was OK with that. The oil was completely black and I asked them to do an oil change. They agreed the service shop would do an oil change When they had the truck in the shop. We parted ways and they fixed the muffler and tailpipe and let me know the truck was ready a week later. I drove back to get the truck, and when I showed up there were greasy fingerprints on the drivers door from the service technician, and shop dust all over the truck. They had not detailed the truck prior to delivering. They also had not completed the oil change Nor had they put any fuel in the tank. Our sales person told us he would talk to the manager and try and get us, some money back to cover those expenses. We have not heard from them since. Again, overall, we are happy with the vehicle. It’s just a shame they didn’t follow through on service to make this a five star experience.

Don't take their word for anything, drove 10 hours for a car that they made sound pristine and then provided no pictures of defects. Even had an oil leak after "running it through their shop". Take the car to a 3rd party shop and make sure your fully aware of the condition.

Probably one of the best experiences that I've had dealing with a car lot they were super helpful the salesman Pete kept me updated during the whole process definitely recommend coming here if you're looking for a new car!

I have never posted a review before but I want to warn people about this place. The customer service is horrible. They did not listen to what I said and instead kept trying to pressure me into cars that were not right for me. I would say “I want this” and the salesman would say “no, you don’t want this, you want this instead.” Yikes… how about listen to what I want and take me seriously. I said over and over again that I want a low monthy payment and he kept pressuring me to get something way over my budget. It felt so awful to be so pressured into making an terrible financial decision. They clearly did not listen or care about my concerns.
The first car they tried to show me had a dead battery. Another smelled horrible like cigarettes. Another didn’t have AC.

went to look at a car an also offered to help with their inventory cause a sales rep said they were selling cars to my colville tribe an offered to sign for a bunch of cars with my lawfirm to give out to my colville tribe an one of the managers said they don't give cars away for free, an so handed a card that states these things an he said no he didn't want to review it, so left an was asked to rate the place an gave it one star,

I recently had the oil changed on my car and had requested a tire rotation at the same time. The technician informed me that my tires had only 1mm of tread left before they needed to be replaced. I was informed of this before performing the rotation. As a result, I chose to not pay for the rotation, saving me money. I appreciate the honesty of the technician for not wasting my time and money!

Although they may have a bit of a “traditional” car buying process, the service side of Leonard Evan’s is in my experience consistently fantastic, both for the body shop and the service center. They are considerate, competent and unbelievably fast. I called them for service on the F150 I bought from them and they got the truck in and back to me the very next day with new brakes and a hub, all reasonably priced as well! If you need service definitely go see Scott and he’ll take care of ya!

Lifetime oil changes on 2005 Hyundai are the BEST. Great service for 20 years on same vehicle for free but still same EXCELLENT service. Thank you!
