I was billed $180 solely for labor to diagnose issues with my A/C and headlights, without any repair work being carried out. He made it seem like he was offering me a favorable price. I have never encountered such high labor charges at an auto repair shop before, even in Seattle.

I needed my timing belts changed on my GMC Acadia and went in for a quote. Willie was great with customer service and kept my Acadia for diagnostics. They found the problem immediately. I had previously had it at another repair shop 3 different times for a week at a time and it was never diagnosed correctly. I chose L&S to do the repairs and they also found something else that had been causing my A/C to not work properly. They had my vehicle fixed in a week and runs like new! Reasonable and fair repair prices and great customer service. Highly recommend!

Brought in my Nissan Xterra in need of a complete tuneup. Paid over $800 for it and seemed to run fine. Couple months later had a engine code for misfire in #5 cylinder. Took out the spark plug and noticed it looked kinda old for supposedly being just replaced. Took the spark plug into Napa to get another and found that spark plug was discontinued 8 yrs ago. L&S charged me for all new plugs etc but left the old ones in. I was at the time going through cancer treatment so had them do the work. Absolutely no integrity at all .
