I dropped off a piece of jewelry at the store to be sent out for repairs on 5/29/24. The store said they would contact me in a week with the price details, and they NEVER got back to me. I tried contacting them numerous times and could either not reach them or my calls were never returned. I finally got ahold of someone on 7/24/24 and found out my necklace had been fixed and was waiting for me. There were multiple issues in the stores system from voice message systems not being set up to bar customer service.

The "stylist" I was scheduled with was 20 minutes behind schedule, I was told when I checked in that she would be right with me. This 100% worst haircut I have had in my life! My left side was 2" longer than the right and had areas that were so chopped up and uneven- A 10 year old could have done better. In addition, I had to sit and listen to the hairdressers gossip and complain about their co-workers. I spent 30.00 on a haircut and had to go to a stylist somewhere else to correct the mess. I can't believe this person can call herself a stylist. *note to stylists reading this- CHECK THROUGH YOUR WORK, THEN CHECK IT AGAIN!! I would give zero stars but the app forces me to leave one.

Got so boots here the other day and someone's dirty socks were in them. Maybe check the shoes when they are returned so people don't have to touch someone's stinky socks.

I called last minute to the salon, and they fit me right in. I really enjoyed talking with the stylist while she cut 11 inches of my hair off. I recommend her but can't remember her name.

This review is not for Wentachee store but a call to JCP 800 Customer Service Number. My wife had made an online order with Ship To Store delivery. After a week of waiting and Online said In Transit, I called to get an update. We need the product. Cust Svc would not give me delivery information since the order was in my wife's name. Our JCP account has a card in my name also. Rather than refusing a very simple request, delivery date, why not validate my connection to the account and help us out?
