3.5 I would say this is the best Subaru service in the valley but I always feel like I’m paying for things I didn’t ask for. Asked for an oil change and left the car. Got charged $60 extra dollars for filter replacement that I wasn’t asked if I wanted. Was quoted 700-750 for a service and ended up paying $200 more granted over half that was my “oil change”. Very frustrating when trying to stay on a budget.

I have been coming to H&D for Two to Three years. The men working Garth and Caleb are amazing, very kind, easy to work with and caring. They are very easy to get ahold of and plan an appointment and drive ups for things such as lights and sensors ect. I trust these men with the safety of my car and that the work they put in will keep me safe as well. I have never had an unpleasant time with them and they do great work, don't mess around and they don't charge a ridiculous amount like everyone else I've seen. You'll be highly satisfied if you come here for service I love them!

After receiving a ridiculously high quote for a recommended 60K mile service from a local dealer's shop, I looked for an independent Subaru establishment. Since H & D is recognized as a factory warranty service provider, I decided to give them a chance. All required maintenance was done in appx 3.5 hours for one third the amount of the other quote with no cutting corners or compromising and using genuine Subaru parts. You will definitely get all of our repeat business in the future and keep the $$$ local. Thanks for a JWD...(Job Well Done) Caleb and Garth!!Service: General repairs & maintenance
