Took almost 2 weeks to get a delivery. 6 Items were in a FEDEX whse 1 hour away. Everyday " out for delivery "..so they say.......nope...very dissapointed.

The crew at the Wenatchee facility is always patient, polite and professional. If my freight was damaged (usually from the Hermiston hub) they point it out to me, and if I need to return anything they make it easy. It's great to get delivery from Portland the morning after it's shipped.

Just had my freeze drier dropped off by FedEx Freight, they did a very good job with it. The boxes (on a pallet) had only very minimal handling bumps and the equipment inside was in perfect condition. The delivery driver was extremely friendly and helpful, pallet-jacked it right into my garage, and even offered to help me carry it into the house. I need to spend a bit of time preparing the area that will receive it, so I declined, but the offer was extremely thoughtful.One star off for the freight dispatch somehow losing track of my request to have a half-hour-before call, so I had no warning when the truck arrived and had to scramble a bit, but overall a minor issue. Quite a good experience overall, I would recommend them.

Their drivers are the best in the world. They will chain up to make it in the winter and they will stick around to help you break down pallets and off-load them if they show up without a liftgate.

Low service no drop off very unhelpful would not recommend my package is only 30 minutes late I don't get it until tomorrow

Went at 530 and it was supposed to be open until 6 but it was closed. They also do not accept packages for drop off as advertised.
