got approved for a home loan and then decided to buy a lot so started the process for a construction loan because that’s what cole the branch manager said i needed. filled out more paperwork only to be ghosted by the company. never heard anything back, i called cole who was my assigned agent multiple times, left voicemails, sent text and still not never heard anything. gave it a couple weeks of hearing nothing. proceeded elsewhere.. found cashmere valley bank who approved me haggle free and fast. they also have great customer service.

Carl & Mistie were so quick to answer any of our questions. Always on top of things. Explained everything so we felt educated and turn around time was beyond our expectations. We always knew where our loan was in the process, an estimate of time and they went above and beyond even what they were supposed to do for us. We will absolutely be using them again in the future.

We have used Amy in the past for transactions always with a wonderful result. This recent transaction was more difficult and Amy and her team did some actual groundbreaking work for us within her company in order to get us the terms we needed. Carl and the team at Evergreen Mortgage went more than the extra mile to make sure our loan was processed and approved. We had some unusual aspects to the mortgage including that we needed to sign remotely. Carl was able to arrange mobile notary and a shuttle for the documents. He offered to drive six hours to deliver the documents himself! Fortunately we were able to avoid that. They did a great job finding the best loan rate for us. They worked seamlessly with our realtor. We recommend them highly.
