This place is a scam. Pamela is awful to work with. I highly recommend going elsewhere to get your taxes done, if you want them done correctly and timely.Pamela never once spoke to us. Always had her assistant call us and that was sparse.We went with her because she bought our previous tax accountant's business. We paid a $250 deposit and dropped off our taxes of the end February 2023. Didn't hear back until about 10 days before taxes were due, that additional documents were needed. Got her what she requested. Never heard anything other than she was working on it and that we were supposedly in the batch of taxes that were done wrong from the previous accountant. Which I wholeheartedly believe was a lie. No communication with us unless we reached out trying to figure out what was up with our taxes. Oh once maybe to see if we were still going to have her do our taxes. Yea, you have our deposit, it was October - kind of too late now to find someone else and good.Sunday morning, the day before taxes had to be filed she sends an email saying we had to file some form and it was $400 for her to do it. We had no choice. So our final bill for her, that had to be paid before she filed out taxes, was $1, 000.00. Mind you, we have no business. Just personal. I have never paid that much money for someone to do taxes. And the kicker is, we ended up owing taxes. So do not waste your time and energy on this place.

Short answer: I paid her to do my taxes, she strung me along for over 6 months, and didn't file them nor refund the money I paid her. The hard part is my gut said she'd do this after our first meeting.

Short version: I paid Pamela Moser in Wenatchee to do my business taxes promptly, but she strung me along and then didn't file them, even with the 6-month extension. I've filed a complaint with the state attorney general - I suggest others do the same.

We used Andy A. for several years and recommended several of our family, friends and business partners, but recently it has gone from bad to worse. No return calls, errors on filings, no answers...even when we leave messages for staff members they just say he received our messages. All we wanted was a call back and update. As of today nothing at all, so we are all movng on with a new company. Maybe if he reads this he will change his ways and improve things because he has hurt a lot of us.

I am a new client who signed up for bookkeeping services with a company that was purchased by Encompass late last year. months went by before anyone reached out to me and that was only because I kept emailing to ask about my services and when a bookkeeper would be assigned to me. The office manager tried to be helpful and diplomatic but it was clear the transition was completely unorganized and communication was terrible. meanwhile I was paying a monthly fee and receiving no services. I repeated asked for a refund for the months where I did not get any services. the office manager apologized and I'm assuming has her hands tied. I was finally assigned a bookkeeper and she was very nice and apologetic but they had given her incorrect information and she we t down the wrong path then told me I would need to pay additional fees for access to a QB online account. Last week I requested a document and drafted an example of what it could look like.The owner of the business emailed me and was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and downright rude. I couldn't believe the tone of her email and their blatant lack of customer service. I could not recommend this company after the way I've been treated.

We have been very pleased with the care and attention Pamela has given our personal and business needs.There was a crisis that arose and she was communicative of where she was at and where we were at in our process of filing.Would highly recommend Pamela’s services.We feel well cared for and have been grateful for the time and attention she has give to our needs.When we were first establishing connection, Pamela was very gracious with her time (and continues in that path).I feel very inept in the field of taxes and she has spent the time to explain things in a way I understand.

Does not return calls or answer emails in a timely manner--which can be dangerous for a company waiting on accurate financial information or guidance to complete forms according to government timelines. This organization made a recommendation to one of my companies that turned out to be incorrect, and my company has been working for months to reverse the damage done. When asked for support or answers from Encompass Tax Solutions, their team is unresponsive, yet their firm continues to bill my card. I have to call AMEX to explain that I am not receiving the services charged for and get them to reverse the transactions.

Was recommended Encompass through the Dave Ramsay recommendation site. I scheduled an initial consult with Pamela, spoke for about 20 minutes and decided I wanted to move forward with her services. She instructed me to create an account and to 11upload prior year tax documents for her to go through. I did so on 5/11/2022. After almost 1 month of hearing nothing back I received the following reply from Pamela:"Hi Ben, I also apologize for the delay. I had some work to catch up on after the tax deadline and I took some much needed time off. I will be in contact after I have a chance to review what you have uploaded. Thanks, Pamela"Which okay, I understand that I spoke with her right after tax season for 2022 ended and she needed time to catch up- no problem, though a heads up that she'd be on vacation for a month would have been super.Nevertheless, I have reached out twice following Pamela's reply once on Jun 7 2022 and Jul 02 2022 to follow up and have never received a reply back. I understand if Pamela isn't taking on new clients at the moment but words to that effect would be great or otherwise some acknowledgment of my attempt to establish a business relationship would be fantastic.I'm quite disappointed that I never heard anything back and just hope that Pamela is more responsive to her existing clients as tax matters are rather time sensitive.
