They have some beautiful, well made, local (Or) options for bedroom furniture. Higher quality than most in the area. Staff is helpful and friendly. Recommend.

Open signs on, lights on, door is locked and nobody answers the phone. I'd love to buy some stuff... buuuut it's not actually open.

Decided to pop in one day and take a look at what they had since I was in the market for a sofa. Dennis was super helpful in pointing me towards exactly what I was looking for. Got to custom order exactly what I wanted. They gave a 8-10 week wait time, but it got delivered in basically half of that. They also carried it up 3 flights of stairs with no added cost or anything to the base delivery fee, which surprised me.Highly recommend at least stopping in and taking a look at what they have if you're looking for furniture. Very happy with my purchase, and the service they provided.

They have a great selection. The only reason I am getting a three star is Because of the long delivery time. It seems to me and others around the community Is that once you purchase the furniture and they have your money they really do not care about customer service after that point. You really need to work on your customer service after the purchase.

We bought our first couch from Crown Furniture over 7 years ago and when we moved to our new home we needed something different so purchasing a Stanton sectional from Crown was our first choice. We did have a hiccup with our order, but Leeman and the team at Crown went above and beyond to make it right by us and we are extremely pleased with our purchase. We will continue to shop at Crown in the future and appreciate their excellent customer service.
