I'd like to thank Lisbeth for helping me out. She spent three hours trying to help me unlock a phone and release a phone number in order to get service. And she spent an additional 30 minutes after closing the store! Thank you so much! This gal and her co-worker are absolutely sweet and definitely showed me kindness and extreme patience. They are also very knowledgeable in their work. I am very pleased and satisfied with the help I received! Thank you so much again! Y'all deserve a raise!

Came in the store, was greeted quickly and professionally. The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable about the product in the store, plans offered and accessories for the phone I was looking at. When I spoke he listened and and presented me with the best options for my needs. I am very happy with my experience. It's important to remember that brick and mortar stores exist so we can have the product without waiting and or get help from somebody in what ever way you need it, in order to receive that help you have to be open to what that person says and why. Some sales people are not honest, some customers are not honest, and the reverse applies as well. It's up to the individual to choose what is best for them using their own intelligence and intuitions. If you go into a store that provides a service you should expect the employees to provide that service. Getting mad at them makes no logical sense. If you just want the product without the people, order it online. I found the folks working there very helpful. Thanks.

Alright so today me and my family were going to criket in hopes of buying a new phone. We got there at 7:45 once we got out of the car she left into the back we were knocking for 10 minutes. She came out and saw us we up are fingers up signaling her that there were 10 minutes left. She signaled back "were closed" while there was still 10 minutes left. I think it was very rude of her knowing that we wanted to come in and her going away? She was short dark skin black short hair with glasses.

The ladies that worked there were straight racist and didn't even care to greet me and my wife like they were supposed to, but when any Mexican family came in they were quick to their feet to greet.I went in there cause all I heard was positive things about cricket from workers and was looking to change, so I'll stay with boost they've gotten better.
