No longer willing to do installs and won’t warranty batteries for certain car models. Definitely has gone down hill with new ownership. Save yourself time and money and just go to Costco instead.

Joe is incredibly creepy. I was trying to pick up an AGM battery for my truck. I went into the shop with my 13-year-old daughter. When I was looking at the batteries I saw Joe staring at her through his phone and realized he was taking candid pictures of her. Needless to say I was livid. I'll be taking my business to Walmart or the internet or some other place. Disgusting.
