INTRODUCTION: I have owned a multi State Electrical Contracting Business, since 1993, where Integrity, Quality, Professionalism, Standing by My Word, and Developing Long Term Relationships has been the key to my success.*All My Google Reviews thus far in my life have been very POSITIVE. This review is my first NEGATIVE Google review on a Company (CED). I thought long and hard about it before I wrote it and then I realized if I could help one person/company avoid my experience it had to be done.MY EXPERIENCE: CED's Wenatchee Branch, Washington CED Corporate Division as a whole, Lacks Professionalism, Quality, integrity, and standing by their words and promises when dealing with Individual Contractors, Contractor(s) to Contractor(s) Relationships, and Contractors Clients. My Company & I have had Extremely Poor Experiences at this specific CED Branch which carried it's way all the way up through CED's Washington state corporate chain.TO THE POINT: I have closed all my account(s) with CED for CED's lack of; keeping their word, support, showing strength & integrity and recently I let CED know that I will NEVER open an account with CED again.RECOMMENDATIONS: There are numerous Good Quality, High Integrity Based, Customer Oriented, Supportive Electrical Wholesalers:*STONEWAY SUPPLY*PLATT*GRAYBARAll Three of These Electrical Wholesalers have always been and are All Excellent, will keep their word and promises with you, and be strong and back you up as their valued client. There are many other Good Electrical Wholesalers as well and I have never had any problems with any of them in my 27 years of contracting (Except CED)I Appreciate your reading this and my hope is that by posting this it helps someone not make the same mistake I made in trusting CED,Thank You,Charles T
