I don't know from where are all those negative reviews but this is the best company ever I deal with. They help my restoking my load and deliver it to the final destination. All the details was provided upfront and and they worked hard the whole day to have it done. Cheyenne was very polite and professional went above and beyond to help me. Never expected such service. We rented a u haul from this location and they remembered us from almost a year earlier when we rented a tow dolly when our car broke down. Super friendly, nice people!

I'll start with YOU NEVER HANG UP THE PHONE ON YOUR CUSTOMERS! When you try to call them for ETA, all you get it “will be delivered tomorrow, the driver will call you.†It never happens, until you call every day for three days in a row and taking time off work and they don't show up after either. The company is rotten from the office to delivery Joe, who doesn't give a flying duck about your shipment or customer service

Chelan Transfer deserves 0 Stars. I have Had 2 nightmare experiences with them And am done. They dropped my Cannon Gun Safe off their lift gate on to my driveway. I withheld payment and filed an insurance Claim. The owner said she couldn't process My claim until I paid my bill. I paid my bill And guess what? My claim was denied. They are dishonest and send out movers That can't find work anywhere else. Stay Away from this company as they will Disappoint you and break something precious to you. Kim Skaar
