Very disappointed with our experience purchasing my new car. Took 4 hours to get the car out the door. They way, way undervalued my trade in. They said that the condition was worse than it is. They could have saved us $7000 in taxes but it seems like they didn't care about us.

Warning!!! Would avoid. Affiliated with Cascade Auto center service department. 7000$ in warranty work 2000$ out of pocket vehicle did not last 7000 miles before completely breaking down. Service manger was sarcastic and would " diagnose" for "free". Should have done more research before bringing vehicle in for Warranty work. Save yourself the headache especially if new to the area.

Cascade Autocenter is the best GM dealership in the greater Wenatchee Valley. I have purchased four vehicles from cascade auto over the years, and each experience was seamless and professional. The building and surrounding grounds are clean and kept up and are very inviting. The staff at Cascade Chevy are very knowledgeable and take each customers purchase and service with the utmost respect and importance. If you're in the market for a new Cadillac, this is the only place I recommend. Thank you, Cascade Autocenter, for your continued leadership in the Wenatchee Valley for GM vehicles. Thought I was cutting a little close on the juice needed to get to Leavenworth in my Hyundai, and saw that this dealership offered free 25kwish charging which is about as good as it gets in Wenatchee on Plugshare.The sales agents noticed me driving loops around the lot trying to spot the charger and they hopped right out and guided me to it. On top of that, there's no charge for the juice.And I'm just a Canadian tourist in a new car, there's no sale to be made here. I'm very grateful for the generosity and assume this is a reflection of how they treat their actual clients.Thank-you!

Called to get my car serviced. Worked with Tyler in service. They were very transparent and communicative on what needed to be done, pricing, and timeline. This isn’t the closest Chevy dealership to me but I will be coming back here for the good experience.

I recently brought in my 2017 Subaru Impreza for a tune up and diagnostic/repair on my thermostat. When I received my vehicle back. They told me everything they completed on my vehicle (including tire rotation). I immediately noticed my tire pressures were not within specification, and they read the exact same pressures prior to bringing the vehicle in. This was evidence that my tire rotation was not completed, nor was my vehicle even thoroughly inspected, as stated in my discharge paperwork.Their technician also overfilled my oil by 1 Quart, which can damage the motor. They did not bother to call my warranty company for the repairs needing done on my thermostat. The repair would have in fact been covered under warranty & could have saved me money out of pocket. Instead, David in Subaru Service Dept. brushed it off like he did not want to deal with the warranty company and charged me out of pocket. I left the dealership with my vehicle, and about a week into driving noticed my vehicle is STILL experiencing the same issues with the thermostat & also rough idling. When I called to speak with them, I was made to feel like I was in the wrong for noticing these major discrepancies. I brought my vehicle in for a second opinion from a different maintenance shop, and they diagnosed/fixed my issues right away. They also found the discrepancies with my vehicle listed above. Eric, the manager of Cascade Subaru Service, wrote me a check that covered only the diagnostic and thermostat repair. I appreciate the gesture, but based on my experience that is not satisfactory to me & I will never go back. I do not trust them after this experience. This has me concerned for other's safety, costly vehicle repairs, as this dealership is not trustworthy.

A year ago I brought my Equinox to be fixed. Sensor for my tires and catalytic converter. Not only did I have to call for information after waiting days to find out what it needed, it was there for over a month and I had to get a little upset to get it started. Then the first time I had to take it back because of the same sensor issue they decided to appease me with new windshield wipers ( I just spent 40 dollars day before it went into the shop) and they are cheap ones. And then second time they gave me an oil change and did not put 3 quarts of oil in my car. I had enough of the shop and yes sensor still on. Then I took a chance to find a car a few weeks ago and they were suppose to run credit which they did not. And find me some cars and email them to me. The only thing I received is an email from the saleman if I had any more questions. I'm completely done and think I deserve my money back for the first time my car was to be fixed.

My car broke down. I had an appointment the next day. I had a text sent to me since I was traveling Stehekin, Washington. No service. I called once I was in range told what was wrong and got the car up and running. Runs like new again. Great service and parts that are for my type of car. Thank you Cascade Auto!!
