The service department at Cascade is one of the best operated businesses in the Wenatchee Valley. All of the employees are customer service oriented and understand their roles. This can only be from a top down approach and those at the top understand how to build and retain loyal customers. Mark and Nick are my go to guys but everyone is great across the board!

Worked with Pablo in the service department and he was knowledgeable and friendly. First time here for service but plan to be back soon. Highly recommend! They also have a nice selection of new cars on the lot.

Warning!!! Awful experience. Brought '14 Terrain in for Warranty work. Was billed 7000$ 2000$ out of pocket. Car was in shop for several weeks. Was returned with plastics missing, scratched dash, battery needed replacement and service all wheel drive light on Car ran for 7000 miles and now has a blown transmission all wheeldive light on and rodent damage in same location never returned missing plastics.Best that can be done is diagnose for "no charge". Service department manager was sarcastic and told me I was an expert after simple research to better understand problems. Really should have done more research before bringing in car with 100,000 miles. Absolutely would not recommend service department

Great work but way to expensive. I could have taken it to a couple other places and they were half price. Yes I would have had to wait for 20 days in stead of 14. Also this is the 2 nd time this problem has accrued with only 106 k miles on my Colorado. I have owned this rig from day 1.

The staff were all dedicated to making it a positive experience for our family. The sales representative, business manager, and finance manager all treated us fairly and with respect.

I have bought a handful of cars and trucks through a dealership before, and several being Chevys. This was by far the poorest experience I have had at a dealership. When we first showed up speaking with one of the salesman's, we asked about a trade in. They did not have enough time that day, so we had to come back another day. I would have still given the dealership the benefit of the doubt to help support a local dealership, as well as a Chevy dealership after my 5+ chevy I have had through the years, until we had to pick up some items that were left in the trade in the next day. When I went into the dealership the next day, the salesman we had worked with just about shouted and laughed for some of the items and notes we still needed to pick up in the lobby with other customers. All in, we spent more than 7 hours over the course of 4 different days trying to buy the truck. I am sad to say, but I will never go back to this dealership, and any recalls or service we need, I will take to a different city for the work.

I had been in regular contact with a sales associate named Roman Gutierrez for months trying to track down a Chevy Bolt. He notified me as soon as a car became available. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. My bank held up payment for a few days, but other than that, the purchase went smoothly.

Having my mudflaps put on my new Trailblazer was a necessary step in preserving my suv - it seemed quite expensive at over $300 though, in my opinion. The guys were very kind and communicative - I appreciate that and that’s why I do business with Cascade.Thank YouShannon Woodiwiss

I have had the pleasure of working with Tyler each time I have had an issue with my Suburban. Service here is awesome everyone is friendly and helpful. I feel assured when I know the same technician is working on my vehicle. Gal at the rental office I believe her name is Cathy is nice and courteous. Thank you all for making my trips in hassle free.

1. Up front transparent pricing2. We were called with the heads up for the discounted price - this was another huge bonus, I have never gotten such a heads up before and really appreciate it.3. We were greeted right away4. My wife enjoyed the trust of being able to take a few moments with the truck on our own pre-purchase.5. No pressure - At no time did we feel forced to buy.6. Showing us the vehicle - you not only provided fuel and a clean vehicle, but you also took the time to go out with us and answered questions. We never felt like we were a bother or taking too much time.

It just doesn't seem possible for any GM dealership to actually charge their advertised service prices. They always charge much higher. And any time you bring a coupon that GM has mailed or emailed to you, the price goes up more before the coupon comes off. Fed up with these bait-and-switch scams. I've driven nothing but GM for 40 years. May finally be time to trade in my two Buicks and Cadillac for something from trustworthy brands.

I recently brought in my 2017 Subaru Impreza for a tune up and diagnostic/repair on my thermostat. When I received my vehicle back. They told me everything they completed on my vehicle(including tire rotation). I immediately noticed my tire pressures were not within specification, and they read the exact same pressures prior to bringing the vehicle in. This was evidence that my tire rotation was not completed, nor was it even thoroughly inspected, as stated in my paperwork. Their technician also overfilled my oil by 1 Quart, which can damage the motor. They did not call my warranty company for the repairs needing done, which the repair would have indeed been covered under warranty. Saving me money. Instead, David in Subaru Service Dept. brushed it off like he did not want to deal with the warranty company. I left the dealership with my vehicle, and about a week into driving noticed my vehicle is STILL experiencing the same issues with the thermostat. When I called to speak with them, I was made to feel like I was in the wrong for noticing these major discrepancies. I brought my vehicle in for a second opinion from a different maintenance shop, and they diagnosed/fixed my issue right away. They also found the discrepancies with my vehicle listed above. Eric, the manager of Cascade Subaru Service, wrote me a check that covered only the diagnostic and thermostat repair. I appreciate the gesture but based on my experience that is not satisfactory to me & I will never go back, as I do not trust them. Their service center will claim to do work on your vehicle when it was not done, and you will be charged for it. This has me concerned for other's safety, costly vehicle repairs, as this dealership is not trustworthy.
