I have worked with two different sales people this year, one helped me find a couch and the other 2 living room chairs. Both were helpful, knowledgeable, listened well, shared ideas, were never pushy, were patient, and very friendly. I now have a new couch and 2 chairs that I love and were pleasant shopping experiences.
