Unprofessional company from the top down. Terrible work ethic. They did not communicate with our company and do not follow their own contracts. Requests for budget items fell on def ears. After months of requests, we called the owner for help, and things kind of moved with excuses. After that, things went back to their normal with a lack of communication and no response. We canceled our with them and kept a few items for a small fee. Out of the blue , we were locked out of all of our bookkeeping accounts. They cited that " we never keep old copies for a fee." Yet they had no problem taking the monthly fee from our credit card. We asked for a refund, and we were met with silence.

This year was my first with Augustedge and I am happy to say it won't be my last. I enjoyed waking into a beautiful and clean office space. Lyndsey at front desk has always been cheerful with a nice smile and positive attitude ready to assist me. Tricia was fabulous not only did she finish our taxes quickly she gave me some great advise on how to structure my llc to benefit me for next year. Tricia is very easy to talk to and she was also able to refer another great professional to assist us with some future plans we have. I love supporting a wonderful entrepreneur!
