My wife, son and I received OUTSTANDING service from Justin at the Wenatchee AT&T store. He assisted each of us upgrading our phones. He was polite and very knowledgeable. He handled our phone upgrades quickly. I highly recommend his assistance for new and existing AT&T customers going into the Wenatchee AT&T store.

We had to go to the at&t store to get a new SIM card for my husband's new phone. He had lost his old phone and his new one didn't come with one. I tried to call at&t but the representative told me he couldn't send me a new SIM card because he couldn't send a code to the number I needed a SIM card for.... I was so mad anyway the at&t store rep not only gave us a SIM card but activated it also got me a new 4 digit code so all is great thanks at&t store!!!

I should learn from my previous experiences and always go into the store to deal with account sales issues instead of calling 611. Seems like every time I call in or try self service options online, I end up at the store getting it fixed. I'm giving 5 stars because the support at this store is excellent. There is also always at least one bilingual/Spanish-speaking employee available, and it's not a coincidence that every time I visit the store, there is at least one Latinx person shopping there.

Hey boss, I pedaled your location for over $3000 in financing of devices/accessories. I’ve since sold half of those items and thought I’d tell you that you won’t be getting a penny out of me, no matter who you sell that debt to, or how much paper you waste trying to collect these funds via mail. I went in Saturday afternoon because I work all week. They had a store full of people and 2 employees that spent more time chitchatting than getting people moved through. Absolutely ridiculous amount of time to wait. After over an hour I just walked out.Get it together AT&T!

I was on vacation and had a major issue with my account (not my fault) and had an appointment, but they still made me wait on the people who were there before me who did not have an appointment. Spent 2 hours waiting for a 5 minute fix. The guy really helped out helped out after he finally got to me.

If you are at this location and a Republican with any kind of identification as such walk right out. You will probably be screwed for the sake of it anyway. The manager Justin Martin thought Ivana Trumps death was a time to wish death on her Son and belittle her passing. So much for Tolerance and coexistence! Classless.
