No one answers the phone. Ever.I wonder if they just shut the ringer off because you can let it ring forever and no one will ever answer.

They never answer the phone even when they’re empty. Several times where I’ve not received my Amazon packages even though it says delivered…. I could go on

MOST staff are friendly, genuine and helpful. The gentleman who supervises this post office, however, is quite rude unprofessional & condescending. Seems to dislike his fellow workers and customers alike. Why is he even employed here?

Clerk was dishonest about shipping cost compared to Priority. She was very fast to ship my mail priority instead of giving me a choice on what I would like to do for best results for delivery. I could have saved at least $7.00 on my shipping cost. Shows this specific individual does not look at what’s the best for customers, but rather that of themselves. Unprofessional. Dishonesty is a certain future of failure.

Terrible service. The package to my daughter never made it to her despite the correct address on it. The gift certificates for her kids were stolen out of the package. The package was supposed to have been returned to me - sender - per tracking info. Package never made it to me. I finally went to my local post office in Temecula.(way after Christmas) It was found in the ‘dead’ file. No address, no name, nothing on the box they put MY box in. My box had been opened, stuff stolen out of it, and then they blamed it on me that I had an insufficient address on it. I showed the local supervisor here in Murrieta the address, just to prove that the correct address was on my package. When I talked to Chris, the supervisor at Wauna, he hung up on me. His Customer service is terrible. I did everything right, and I had to track my own package down. It took me until today, March 1, 2021, to get my money back (not for the stolen gift cards though), only because Gwen at the Wauna office was kind enough to give me the correct information. Chris’s attitude towards me was rude and unacceptable. He should be written up for treating a customer - who did everything right - in such a derogatory way. Shame on him. Fire him!My entire deal was handled poorly, and... somewhere in there is a thief!! And nobody wants to take responsibility. Disgusting!

I live in Gig Harbor, but always go to this post office because it is usually less crowded and the staff is always so patient and helpful!

I've lived in Gig Harbor for approximately 45 days and have had more "lost" packages from my local PO than the 4 years I lived in Bellevue. I've had very large packages not deliver because a car was in front of my mailbox, the mail carriers refuse to step out of their vehicles. Total lack of customer obsession. I favor shutting down the USPS and let Amazon run their logistics.

I have been using the Wauna Post Office since they were located on the Purdy Spit. It is small and the customer lines are rarely more than a couple of individuals. The people working here have always provided me the best advice when I send international packages and they always have a great attitude. Thank you.
