Completely lack of customer service and understanding of laws. Just moved to the area and our change of address was denied. Stated it was because we just did one and the changed their story to say we needed a copy of mail. Provided some mail and still denied. They said it was because our addresses on our drivers license don’t match the previous address (military so that doesn’t matter). The post master was so condescending and rude. Was completely uninterested in helping and absolutely horrible attitude. Will never go to this location again and will only go to Camas. Important to add that all of our new neighbors we’ve met have said “I hope you don’t have to go to the post office often, the one here is horrible.” Which is unfortunate to have the local office with such a bad reputation. Hopefully they clean house of all the current employees and start over with a better trained crew.

AJ helped me with my passport today and it was an easy and quick process! He had an amazing attitude and was super helpful. I got in fairly quickly without an appointment and he walked me through all of the paperwork. He also took one of the best passport photos I’ve ever seen!

I would say they have no service... I was early on Saturday to do a parcel pick up and rung the bell someone came open the window pointed to the time and wouldn't get my package....what a waste of and his time!!

Went to pick up a package today and was chastised and she was argumentative because I didn’t have my notification. I gave her my DL and address. I told her twice that it was delivered a week ago and I said we called earlier and it’s here. She got mad and said again asking “When was the noticed delivered” I said for a third time to her and she huffed and I said never mind.Horrible customer service

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Day 4 without mail, knowing that I have multiple packages sitting at the post office.

Spoke with the postmaster about a sign regarding changes to walk in passport processing. She was extremely helpful and kind as I shared my concerns. She apologized for any inconvenience, explained the situation, and went above and beyond to help me schedule a prompt time. Thank you!

Washougal P.O. is a joke. Took the time off work for an appt. Monday morning. Only one guy does the passports. P.O. called 15 minutes before appt. and said he called in sick. They won't reschedule on the phone. I do not recommend this location.

I would like to praise Lindsey, she is absolutely fantastic, always smiling, and does a great job delivering our mail and packages out here in rural Washougal.
If you pass her on the road while she is in her mail truck delivering mail, she always smiles and waves.
I never get anyone else’s mail or packages and no one ever gets mine. This is something new since Lindsey took over this route. Very much appreciate her consistency.

Came in for passport and were told we needed to make appointment?? Kirk the front was rude and unprofessional. He messed up my son’s application and it was sent back to me , now i have been waiting for 2 months and nothing. He needs to be fired.

They never pick up thier phone! The driver refuses to deliver packages to the door. She will pull up to the house, honk, then leave.
