I showed up with a return and did not have a box or label. Vazz was really helpful and got a box for me without charging us. Friendly, efficient and personal.

Jazz and Kathy went out of their way to help me get a crucial fax out. There was a general issue with the usual way of faxing and they managed to patiently and cheerfully do a work around and get the job done. Thank you!!
