I been here multiple times for both my pups. Service was great. Pricing is typical. I like to use PetDesk to keep track of my appointments.

My visit with everyone in the office was excellent. The Dr. gave me all the information before I could ask on my dog's problem.

A few weeks ago our dog was very sick and we took her there for treatment. The staff was very thoughtful and compassionate. It was very stressful time and treated us like family. We will use their services again.

All of the staff there were great but Brittney M. in particular was outstanding!!!! My dog who is very very anxious, (anxious really is an understatement) had to have surgery, unexpected. I woke up this morning just so stressed/worried about the whole entire thing from my baby girl being in pain to the cost of surgery. My girl is my whole life so, I would do whatever but, going to the vet in general is tough on its own. Brittney M explained everything so thoroughly, and was so calm and just amazing! I felt safe and comfortable leaving my dog with her and Dr. Bargar who, as well is so compassionate and caring, you can just tell he cares for animals like they are his own! Honestly, it can be on the pricier side of vet clinics but they definitely work with you and your animal, and I would 100 percent take an amazing doctor/staff and pay more then, horrible doctors and staff!!
Brittney made a huge impact on todays surgery and visit, she really was the light in todays darkness and I am so grateful we chose to go here! This review is long over due, I have been coming since Sunny was a puppy and she is now 5! ❤️ Great Vet!

What stands out most about Orchard’s animal hospital is how friendly the staff is before you even walk into the building. They have a sweet way of making you feel special every visit by remembering your dog or helping you through the building or coming outside to ask if you need help before even walking through the door.
Pricing is also very transparent and from my past experience with VCA, much more affordable.

I recently took my beloved senior dog, Chaka, to Orchard Hills Animal Hospital due to some troubling breathing issues she’s been experiencing. Given that Chaka will be 12 in September and has a few ongoing health concerns, I was understandably worried. However, our experience at Orchard Hills was incredibly reassuring and positive.
Dr. Todd, the veterinarian who saw Chaka, was exceptional. He took the time to thoroughly explain her condition, addressing all of our concerns with patience and clarity. His diagnostic skills and treatment plan were both precise and compassionate, prioritizing Chaka's most pressing issues first. It was evident that Dr. Todd genuinely cares about his patients and is highly skilled in managing complex health problems.
The vet assistant, Victoria, also made a significant impact on our visit. Her professionalism and down-to-earth manner helped ease Chaka's anxiety and made the entire experience smoother. She was attentive and provided clear communication throughout the appointment.
The only downside to our visit was the interaction with the receptionist, who seemed less friendly than expected. This minor issue is why I would rate our visit a solid 8 out of 10 rather than a perfect score.

All staff was friendly and they were able to see my dog short notice on a Saturday while being in from out of town

Prices are a bit high. Seems to have a high turnaround with employees. When they were in the old building they seemed more involved with visits. Now it is not as family friendly as before. Miss the older ways.

Today I brought my 2 cats in for their yearly exams. One was scheduled for 10:30am and the second 11:00am. I waited 45 mins (11:15) for the vet to finally come in. She was well past the first cats appointment and 15 mins into the second cats appointment before examining them both. They needed their rabies vaccines. I was asked if I wanted the 1yr or the 3yr rabies vaccine. I asked the price difference. $32.50 for 1yr and $90 for 3yrs!!?? I asked why the 3 yr was 3x’s the cost of the one year? “That’s just what we charge.” I was told. (Btw I called another vet clinic and they only charge $30 for the 3yr rabies vaccine for cats and they are also located in washougal)
So I decided to get the one year vaccine at this appointment. I waited another 30 mins (11:45am) for the tech to come back in and administer the vaccine -no one came back in! I finally told the front receptionist that I had to leave due to another appointment obligation. Suddenly the tech comes out and says she’s ready to give the vaccines. I’d already started loading my cats into the car by this point and declined the vaccines. So moral of the story; If you have all day to spend at the vet office and want to pay 3x’s the amount this is definitely the place for you!
I will say the staff are super friendly and nice to my pets. But there is no respect for your time and the prices are insanely high for the same quality as the other local vets.

Great experience. Would like the online booking feature through the app to work better. I requested an appt through the app, then was called to schedule, when I finally had a chance to call back the date I requested was gone. They were still able to get me in, but was a week or two after requested date (texting to schedule have worked better for me). Brittney and Dr. Brenner were awesome! I’m pretty sure my dog thought we were there for treats and belly rubs! Love the new building!

The veterinarians are nice enough, as are the techs…but big on the upsell. The biggest issue is the “mean girls” at the front desk. I’m not sure they like each other very much….and it shows in how they treat the customers. We’ve never had a pleasant experience there, either in person or when calling in. We’ve given them multiple opportunities, and we’ve decided that even though we live close by, we’ll be taking our two pups elsewhere for their care.
