“After a nightmarish experience trying to upgrade my phone with Verizon and being made to jump through hoops over four visits to three different locations, I gave up and decided to jump ship. On my way home I saw the T mobile store, and figured that even though they were closing in an hour it would be worth walking in. Angel and Brian (?) were so helpful and friendly, transferred all my data to my new phone, and even took on the task of getting on the phone with Verizon's customer service to get the transfer pin and other information necessary to complete the switch. My phone plan and insurance on a brand new phone are considerably less than what I was quoted at Verizon, and I was walking out the door with everything I needed by the time they closed their doors for the evening. Highly recommend.”

“Good place for Mexican food, business, groceries, medicine, money transfer. Also has a cellphone store for walk-in customers. But I've only made purchases at La Guadalupe grocery store. It is extremely clean and has many tasty foods to eat. Even cooked really great real Mexican food to go.”
“I was trying to get my phone activated for a couple days, but kept encountering multiple issues after more issues with my phone, other stores, the self service website crashing, a required but hidden second IMEI, and more. Finally, Valentines I think the employee's name was able to do some sort of service call override and get it activated. My new phone is working great now!”

There were three workers, two Hispanics and one American, they treated us well and answered our questions very kindly, the problem was with a woman who apparently is in charge of the establishment who treated us in a somewhat arrogant manner, she barely treated us, if we had a question about the line change, she was only talking to one of the workers and didn't look at us at all. Maybe because we are immigrants, although taking into account that this lady is also an immigrant, I don't understand her attitude. Anyway, I'm sorry for the other three workers who have such an irritating and unempathetic boss.”

“Changing phone carriers is never something many look forward to - let alone, cross their mind. However, when rumors were leaked that T-Mobile would be moving legacy plans to their newer plans, this immediately became something I constantly thought about as I couldn't afford to pay double the price. One of the first stops I made was the Verizon store at Gresham Station. Andrew immediately greeted me and let me explain the situation while understanding that I was only in the research phase and would not be signing/transferring anything until the news was confirmed the following week. This didn't phase Andrew at all - in fact, he continued to work with me to find a plan that suited my needs without using any sales tactics. When we finally aligned on a plan that matched, Andrew handed me his business card and said that I could text him with any questions. Little did he know, I would be taking him up on his offer and asking him questions every other day for the next two weeks. During those two weeks, I went to AT&T and sadly admit, other Verizon branches to see if the offers varied and out of all of these experiences, none of them compared to Andrew's. The level of care, and willingness to work with me and remember the facts is what made me return to officially become a Verizon customer! Even after signing the contract and needing to wait to port the number over because of my complex situation, Andrew still worked with me instead of telling me to call customer service. His level of dedication to serve the needs of the consumers is why I am happy to have become a Verizon customer and will not be switching phone carriers anytime soon.”

“We were here for the first time as Walmart has left Portland. The store is huge! Also very organized and clean. We had several employees offer to help us find items. Checkouts were open with courteous checkers. Parking lot was huge so we had no trouble parking. Of course we spent lots of $$ as prices were much lower than most other retailers.We went for a specific product they were selling and bought all that our freezer had room for. All in all, a very successful outing!”
