Came in on 3/2/24 to buy snow chains. The sizing on the products was ambiguous, and one of the employees, Todd, went WAY out of his way to make sure I got the right chains for my tires. I never regret going in to a Bimart, and this one apparently rocks especially hard.”
“This place is kind of a cross between urban and a real country/feed store. They seem to have a large selection of food for livestock and cat's and dog's.They also carry a good selection of boots and clothes.”

“I could spend hours in here. The staff was super cool when we kept them a little later, which other locations the employees bc extremely rude if you keep them late. I totally understand wanting to leave when the store closes but when you have 2 shopping carts full of stuff, you’d think they wouldn’t mind staying an extra 5 for a $400+ sale. ?♀️”

“Ross has security at the door, and they only allow so many customers in the store at a time. The store was clean, but the checkout is very slow. However, they have lots of socks and that was the reason for our visit”
“The Troutdale store is always clean and well stocked. If the parking lot appears full the store isn't. There is an occasional pan handler in front but store security takes care.
On 6/5/2024 went to Fred Meyer'sin Troutdale for gallon jugs of water of which we generally get 10. Unfortunately. There were only 3. I'll assume a truck will be there later today or in the morning.”
“Good selection of clothing, accessories plus a nice staff in the store. Very friendly and outgoing I was the only one in the store and there was quite a few staff members. Have very cute clothes something the younger generation would like.A nice selection of perfume and aftershaves that anyone would like. Jhonathan gave me samples of their perfume sample papers there were nice. They were inexpensive & in beautiful bottles. Something nice for that special birthday.The store was clean, tidy & well organized with plenty of room to walk around the store be sure to stop by & check them out.”

“The phone number listed on parking lot sign didn't pick up this time because their voice mailbox was full and hung up!!!!Nobody at the Walmart pickup/delivery center never answer the !#$&* phone! This has happened five different times whenever I pick up my online order. Upside to this complaint though. When I do happen to reach an employee outside of their entrance area they work on it right away every time.”
“The service is amazing! The jewelry is amazing. I got a mother's Day pendant for my mother. The customer service representative spent an hour helping me pick out just the right pendant and I couldn't be happier. I'm told Fred Meyers the second largest jewelry retailer in the United States. I'm guessing that is just a matter of time before they are the largest jewelry retailer in the United States. I certainly will not be shopping anywhere else for jewelry ever”
“This Walmart Neighborhood Market is my go-to grocery store except for the short/fast trip up the street, which is closer. Today the refrigeration was not working. I still got my creamer that included ice cream. The freezer department is up and running. All the staff is working very hard to keep up making it more convenient for shoppers. I was impressed by how helpful and understanding the staff was. The other shoppers seemed understanding as well. I heard no complaints from Shoppers or staff”

“I've been coming to this location for a number of years and I always receive great customer service. The store is always clean and there are always employees stocking shelves so typically whatever you're looking for will be in stock with the exception of supply chain issues. I use the grocery pickup service every week and that team does a fantastic job. They are always friendly and get the pickup done quick. I do wish that they would give you a paper receipt with your order instead of just a digital one.”

“We were here for the first time as Walmart has left Portland. The store is huge! Also very organized and clean. We had several employees offer to help us find items. Checkouts were open with courteous checkers. Parking lot was huge so we had no trouble parking. Of course we spent lots of $$ as prices were much lower than most other retailers.We went for a specific product they were selling and bought all that our freezer had room for. All in all, a very successful outing!”
“It's a neighborhood market so it's not a full Walmart. This store seems to be understaffed but now that i can check out myself it's ok. I love both areas of self check out. This store is always fairly clean and most of the time even the restrooms are good. Their shelves are, like many others, often not fully stocked. Maybe i always go at inopportune times... but thankfully I'm 6' and can reach the top shelf where i literally have gotten the things i need that are not in their normal places. Literally has nearly everything you need for the household. No clothing this is, again, not a full market. But they do have a nice selection of sugar free items. Truly impressed with that. Strange comment but they also carry jumbo eggs which i prefer and i love the everything but the bagel loaf of fresh baked bread. Their grocery area is pretty good and you can get some ok fresh produce deals. All toiletries are typically available or on the top shelf. When you go to the areas that requires an attendant they typically come quickly. The pharmacy is good and very helpful. I've returned some things that i ordered online and never had a problem as the customer service was always good. Definitely a good store to have close....”
“This Walmart is near our home and so I am in there quite regularly. It is a colorful mixture of all walks of life. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. I think that hourly workers aren't recognized as often as they deserve, and so I want to be a part of changing that. In apparel/dressing rooms you will find 2 outstanding workers. Genny, is so helpful that if she isn't busy (she is ALWAYS busy), she will help you find sizes. I tried to put the items that I didn't want back where I found them but she insisted that I put them in her cart because "its her job". These hard working women are constantly bending over, picking up after thoughtless people who feel entitled. These woman are constantly picking up after people who feel entitled. They spend their whole shift on their feet and I for one, have no doubt that I couldn't keep up.Also, they keep a sharp eye out for theft, therefor helping the store keep costs down, so the paying customer will benefit in the long run. Genny is always smiling, which is so refreshing because a lot of employees with the same type of job tend to complain. Genny also works with another excellent co-worker (I will get her name and add later) and together they make it a pleasant and positive shopping experience. Thanks, ladies, you deserve a raise!!!”

“We love Bi-Mart. We feel so lucky to have one so near where we live. We go almost every Tues to check our numbers so the store employees know us pretty well. They almost always have what we are looking for and at good prices. There are a couple of items that we can only find at Bi-Mart so we go for those. Kim is our favorite checker at the Falk Street location in Vancouver, WA.”
