“Most financial institutions have similar programs that they can offer their customers but each institution has its own set of employees and that is where First Community Credit Union shines. These are the nicest professionals you’d ever want to deal with. That also says something about management because any manager can hire people but not every manager can hire great people and keep them. Everyone here has a sense of humor and a great attitude about wanting to help you do the things that you came there to accomplish. I recommend this credit union to anybody and everybody.”
“This isn’t my normal branch but I went in there and was blown away by the employees. Lily was super friendly and very helpful. She went above and beyond to help me out. I was also helped by Jessica who I only received a call from so I’m not sure if she’s from this branch. I love IQ and I have several loans/accounts with them but I would specifically recommend this branch and its employees.”
“I had the unfortunate coincidence of an online hacking and theft- on Labor Day! While I was at work!!! Having immediately called Member Services to cancel my compromised debit card, I was issued another overdraft fee in the meantime while the branches were closed.I walked into the credit union with a sense of loss and shame for something that I understood wasn't my fault, in spite of how it could appear objectively. I was able to walk out with true peace of mind- while even having recovered some of those lost finances! I was educated on how my position plays out in this matter and how I was protected by the institution.I would like to recognize Annie at this branch for her outstanding customer service and quality assurance. I make it a point to visit this branch when I have needs that can't be solved online or over the phone, always pleased by their efficiency and professionalism.”
“I'm so glad to have an OnPoint right here in Fred Meyer. I've been a member of Portland Teachers since 1983 when I started working for the School District (wow, long time.) You had to actually work for the school district to join back then, but I'm not sure of the rules now. Branches used to be hard to find and out of the way, but worth it because they treat their customers very well and they made it user friendly by partnering with other credit unions, so it was easy enough to take money out when I needed to, and only a minor inconvenience to go in and deposit a check. I haven't been here too many times yet but service has been great so far. I had a hard time finding it. They are located at the entrance in the middle of the store, not at the Five Guys end or the Auto department end, but directly in the center, next to fine Jewelry. They are smaller than the stand alone branches but they seem to have everything, ATM, tellers, and whateve services you would need a personal banker for. This will definitely bring me into FM more often.”

(Great patience, & customer service.)2nd time Skyler helped me deal with a major stressful issue (great patience, P.R., customer service. I don't feel like a number when going to this bank they treat you decent/good like a human/like a friend.) & (i thought I'd have to walk 6 1/2 hours or take a bus & (potentially get lost in scary area like my last bus ride) then walk 3 1/2 hours) to get back, but he & the 2 ladies there got me my 1st Uber & was safely back really quickly & great driving (if i could leave a review for the Uber driver, i would give 10 stars or however many is the maximum amount of stars. Now i will use Uber, without worrying, it's much better than walking & tons better than my experiences with busses.....)This is the bank to do business with.”

The teller lines can be long however, they are very customer service oriented such as noticing if there is a better account bundle for you and if so, able to convert right then.”
