If I could give negative stars I would. Do NOT use this tow company. The owner thinks it’s acceptable to treat their customers poorly and charge them over $400 for towing my vehicle 2 miles down the road. Rick should not be in this business.Service: Car towing

I hit a rock and killed my transmission pan while out for the day in the Columbia Gorge. Fortunately, I had 1 bar on my cell phone, and could call Chucks Towing. The driver came quickly, and was professional and polite. Towed my vehicle back to my home right into my garage. Best of all, charged me less than he estimated! Thank you!Service: Car towing

I have some back problems and working on cars is pretty hard on my back. After a day of working on my car I thought I had fixed the starter, and a few hours later found myself stranded at my local Safeway. At first I thought the cheapest route was renting a car dolly and tow it home with my dad's old 1 ton pickup, but after driving clear across Vancouver the electric hook up for towing was faulty, and they wanted to charge $120 per hour to fix it, plus another $15 for an adapter on top of the $50, so looking at about $175 if it was a simple fix for the electric stuff, maybe more if the harness just needed replaced completely. All this after me botching a $250 starter install a day before.So I pulled back on the reigns, headed home and made some calls (and pizza, it was lunchtime) and considered my options. I called Chucks Towing and was very surprised to learn it would only be about a hundred bucks to tow my car the short distance.I wish I had called them before U-hual, even if the truck's electrical was up to par, after a $50 rental and a $15 adapter, it was only $30 more to have it towed, which means an experience pro who knows the ins and outs of moving rigs and had the proper gear and tools to do so. It meant the stress I was feeling was instantly gone knowing it would be handled, and I wouldn't have to hurt my back to do it.They had my car home within 30 minutes. I spent 3 hours trying to just rent the dolly and came home empty handed.My lesson from all of this is basically the next time I break down, Chuck's towing will be my first call.Services: Car towing

Thieves. They charged me $413 for towing car 5 miles and keeping in they yard for 5 hrs during recent snow storm. Of course they damaged bumper and customs service sucks.Service: Car towing

With the snow apocalypse that just hit us, I found myself on a side road deep in snow. Rick brought the tow truck, but unfortunately the chains broke. I told him not to worry, but he could tell I was pretty distraught. He calls an hour later and says he's coming back with his Jeep. He got my car unstuck and it looked like I would not need a tow until I took a wrong turn and got stuck again. Rick calmly repositioned my car and hooked my car to his Jeep. He pulled me to the main road and even waited to make sure I was going to be able to drive on the main road. Rick went above and beyond my expectations and I am so appreciative that I was not left stranded.Service: Car towing

Chuck towed my 2019 Volkswagen Jetta, from the rear with a wheel lift with the front wheels on the ground. Which could destroy the vehicles transmission. When I called to make a complaint, the owner called me back yelling that he knows what he’s doing.He clearly dosent. I’ll be forwarding this to my insruance so he can pay for the damages he caused.
