“Juston repaired some parking lot damage to my rear bumper that went all the way to the plastic and required filling and painting. I had the car out in the sunlight to see if I could see where the repair was done. If I couldn't prove it with "before" pictures, you'd never know I had a repair. I couldn't even find where the new paint was blended with the old paint. Amazing work at very reasonable prices.”
“These are professional people who are working hard and it shows in their work and they have a receptionist that is awesome and knowledgeable about how she does her estimates and can match paint so good you can not tell a difference of where a lot of damage was caused by someone very petty! But I definitely recommend you take your vehicle here for any and all paint, dents, and scratches and the prices are very reasonable!”

“We took our car after my husband was rear ended. Steve did our estimate, let us know several times that it may be different when they open it up. Scheduled a rental for us. Dropped off on Tuesday morning, was told that it probably would be the next week. Nope had it back all fixed on Friday.

“Brought my car here today for a secondary evaluation and they saved me 800$! Mechanic was very knowledgeable about my engine and showed me with pictures and diagram the issue that was being presented to me as a loose bolt was not actually loose but just the way the bolt looks. Very friendly and helpful staff! 10/10 recommend!”

“This has been our autobody shop of choice in years past. I almost didn't go with them this year because communication was tough. The phone is often not answered. No response to a social media inquiry. When I showed up in person to get an estimate, employees were not initially welcoming or responsive. What they lack in customer service communication, they make up for in actual body work. With some improvement in customer service interaction, they would rate highly in my book.Services: Painting”

“I was really happy with the service I received at Vicious Custom Auto. The owner was very professional and kind. The photos can show that the repair looks great. When my son first saw his car when picking it up, he texted me, "It looks brand new!!!!" The new paint sparkles and I'm so glad we stumbled upon this shop.I found this shop by searching Google for places nearby. At first I wasn't sure if this place only did custom upgrades or if they also did insurance claim accident repairs, so I called and asked. They do both and I saw a beautiful classic car being worked on in the bay. The other driver in my case was at fault for the accident and dealing with their insurance was a pain. Dealing with Vicious was awesome though! The owner handled the insurance part for us wonderfully even though that's probably not his favorite part of the job.Finally, I want to say that we had 2 estimates done (at the request of the other driver). Both estimates were very close, we chose Vicious because the owner was kind and straight forward when we called. I think this is a testament to his legitimacy that his estimate was very similar to the other shop and in the end, it was accurate too. So, thank you so much Vicious Auto!”

Ben gave me an estimate (free) and was straight forward with me, just as Gresham Toyota was (Gresham Toyota refers to Precision body and paint for body and paint work). Gave a complete rundown of what needs to happen all the way down to sensor alignment. Was polite and patient with me as I don't speak mechanic language. I would also recommend working with this company.”

“I had a wonderful experience with Crash Champions. I unfortunately had to bring my car to them after a hit and run which already was a really frustrating situation. Dealing with Crash Champions was the least stressful part of the entire process. Francisco and his team were so incredibly kind and helpful. My car was away for repairs for exactly 7 days and Crash Champions provided top tier customer service when giving updates throughout the process. Shay at the front desk was very friendly each time we spoke. A majority of the 7 days they had my car was just waiting on parts to ship— the repair itself was quick and well communicated. This business was recommended to me via my insurance company and I do recommend them for any future repairs. They back all of their work with a warranty so I was at ease knowing I could return to them if any issues came up.
