The owner completely rude. Flirting with customers on plain site. Noticed beer in trash cans by cash registers and smelled alcohol on the owner as i payed for a key made there. By the way, i had to go back 3 times because key wasn't working correctly and it was just a house key.

Was suppose to pick up a uhaul from you this morning. It was confirmed Tuesday morning that I would be here this morning at 8:30. The place was closed. I waited until 9:30, with uhaul regional manager on the phone and owner of the building. No one was able to get ahold of the owner. I'm now on my way to Grandview for a uhaul. Thanks a lot for your horrible customer service!
