The people who work here are very nice. You will be greeted at the door and thanked when you leave. A lot is to be said for friendliness. Now, the negative is not just the high prices but CRAZY high prices. I was taken aback several times by how much many items were priced.

Love the items in this store-- will never buy though. Prices are outrageous for donated items... Outside of the eastgate store looks atrocious with all the items sitting to be weathered ... looks as if hoarders live there

Weird that when we went to purchase something, the cashier didn't know how much to charge. When I pointed out that there was a price list right behind him he said that was the "old prices". Then why on earth is it still hanging up? The whole place just needs a wash, very dusty and dingy.

Where's crystal. I don't ever see her the last time I went in I felt so uncomfortable because I was followed around like a thief my grandma and I shop there all the time I never felt so uncomfortable and I think it's because customer service is rude

Absolutely love both these second hand stores! The staff is wonderful, the variety of treasures to be found is amazing and prices are great! Store always well put together. I love they are youth oriented and do so much for the Walla Walla area youth, this is what store sales do, providing for the youth. My absolute go to store for second hand shopping.

I did not appreciate that the cashier didn't even ask me if I wanted to donate my change when I payed cash. Seriously who doesn't even ask? She just threw it in her little jar and threw my receipt in the trash. Not good customer service in my opinion...
