Would you ask your carriers to actually DELIVER the certified mail instead of writing a slip before getting out of their vehicle just because they don't want to carry it? I can literally be on the other side of the wall, hear my mailbox open and close, go out to collect mail later, and there's an orange slip. No knock or anything. I've had 3 in the past couple months that never make an attempt to deliver and when I take the slip to pick up; "they haven't made it back to the office yet." They're lost now and it is a total waste of time to keep going to the post office to wait in line for something that's supposed to be there, but is not. I'm wondering if I am the only one who is experiencing this or if internal thefts are happening and am considering filing a complaint. Please do better. Thank you.

Lazy drivers , if it’s not at their hands they mark mail/packages “blocked” almost seems like these drivers refuse to walk a foot to complete their tasks , I spoke to driver about the space he needed so I made accommodations & nothing changed

Lady didn’t want to put my car cover in a box so she made me tape shipping label to the cover and days later I find out the shipping label came off and my package was missing. THEY DONT CARE!

Multiple times now they have either blatantly skipped my building and address (have had people sit outside and wait and watch only to see no deliveries attempted), or have just said my address doesn’t exist/isn’t valid. We have envelopes make it through all the time - along with a couple large boxes with no issue but it seems medium packages are too much work for the poor postman? Even went inside to physically pick up my package to avoid the issue entirely but the rude lady in the front could not figure out how to type the tracking code even when holding my phone or me reading it out very slowly. She acted like it doesn’t exist and that I’m the problem/that I’m stupid every time. I was showing the direct informed delivery webpage for it. After 5 tries she finally got it to show up. Said it’s in the building. Then just stared at me??? I asked if I can take it now and she said “I don’t know where it’s at you’ll get it tomorrow” and just blankly stared at me again. Like jUST GO HAND IT TO ME?? Now today they refused to deliver it because apparently the address is incorrect despite being the EXACT SAME as all the other mail we have gotten. I swear to god if they send it back to the company I ordered it from and waste over $140…Never seen a post office this incompetent and that’s saying a lot since I used to live in a swamp. I’d hate to know how they treat time-sensitive medications.

Often refuses to deliver my packages sighting it as not real (it obviously is), send it back immediately and doesn’t give me the option to go there and get it. On top of that they consistently say the usps website is wrong and had entered info wrong and told me I was the one who messed up.

Long lines, obvious supplies missing, such as address labels and the lack of available writing tools such as ink pens and markers either for sale or to borrow.

This postal service in Walla Walla is horrible. I have postal notification, so I know what mail is supposed to be delivered everyday. Many times it is not delivered until the next day, or several days later. Last year, I purchased a tag from IFG for turkey season on April 5. The tag was mailed by IFG on April 6. I received the tag on June 5, one week after the turkey season closed. That expenive tag didn't do me a bit of good!Today, I had mail in the box to be picked up, and 3 pieces of mail to be delivered based on my mail notification.The postal driver did not stop at our mail box, drove right on by even though the flag was in the upright position!Our US representatives need to hold the postal service accountable for the horrible service!

I know the post office has a bad reputation but I’ve never really understood it. The ladies at the front counter have always been super nice and helpful !

Beautiful old building, handicap access, easy parking, well supported POB service, efficient helpful staff, reliability stocked mailing supplies and greeting cards. I have learned to call USPS 800 line for information by phone. It's good to see additional staffing.

No one answers the phone and you cannot get a hold of anyone in the office. The phone just rings then eventually hangs up on you. (Despite any time of the day you call). In speaking w/ someone in customer service by calling the main USPS through at the 800#, they mentioned that all local post offices should be answering their phone calls and if there is an issue with phone calls being answered to contact/report to Seattle District Consumer Affairs Office @ 253-214-1800.
