“I had Steve fix my transmission years ago , 1999 ram 2500, the 2nd gear band had broken, I went to numerous dealerships in the area including tri-cities none of them could tell me what was wrong they all wanted to test into it first then figure it out. I took it to Steve , he drove it and immediately knew what the issue was. So I had him fix and beef it up with all heavy duty components, it had 122,000 miles at that time, years later I sold the truck with 242,000 miles on it and never had another issue with the transmission, he did great work then and from what I’ve heard he still does .”

“I'm so glad this was the first place I took my car after moving to Walla Walla. It's one of the only shops in town that works on German cars. My Jetta was making weird noises and although I was in no position financially to have major repairs done, I needed a professional opinion. I dropped my keys off in the door slot while Tim was out and he got back to me by the end of the day. It turned out to be a minimal issue and I got my car the next morning. I was thankful enough it wasn't something catastrophic. When I went in Tim explained everything that was going on with the car clearly and plainly. The bill was like something your favorite mechanic uncle would charge you. Damn near hugged the shit out of him. I won't be going anywhere else for car repairs.”
