“My engagement ring was supposed to be here by Christmas Eve at the very latest, it was a long grueling day and not be able to do last-minute shopping waiting for my ring to arrive. However, it didn’t. I contacted UPS on Google and was able to get connected with a human being within told me they were sorry, but my package had been lost and then I needed to submit a subscription of my ring and they would open a report. It didn’t take but an hour before they started to investigate and guess what UPS delivered my engagement ring TODAY but yesterday when they found it, they notified me right away and I was so very grateful and my ring is here. Yay. THANK YOU UPS!!”

“My 84 year old mother was trying to return a package to Amazon for me and she is the least technically savvy person alive. She has a flip phone and no computer. She went to a competitor first (UPS Store) and they wouldn’t help her tape the return package or even put the label on for her; policy they said. Frustrated, she went to this Postal Annex store and the associate, Nellie, was very kind. I don’t know, maybe it’s their policy, too, but she could see that my mom needed help and was more than willing to tape the package and place the label on it for her. Great service gains customers for life. Thanks!!”
