Bakery department has little of anything. Deli rarely has enough fried chicken. Employees are always friendly though. Today I bought a half gallon milk priced at $1.99 on the shelf, my receipt said $2.09 when I got home. Funny how they're quick to update the computer and not the price tags. I know it's only .10 cents but where does it end?

I refuse to order online delivery anymore. Every time I order "buy two, get two free" items, I only ever get two of the four, the "free" two never get delivered. Every single time, no matter what type of item. Then, I go into the store (which defeats the purpose of online ordering and delivery) and find there are plenty of those items in stock or similar items (different flavors) that could be substituted. When I try to return items or receive the "get two free" items, I'm told I can't do either. It's a scam. Don't pay extra for delivery, thinking it's a convenience, because it's not and it's not worth the headache. Poor customer service.

Good selection of kitchen staples. A nice selection of wines. All the hard liquor is locked up. Tight parking.

The staff is friendly, the store is clean, and the value is worth it for everything you get out of a store. I can save a few dollars and go to the big box store but it is not worth my inner peace to save a few dollars.

Very clean store except restrooms. Lock and handle is broken and such and easy fix yet manemgement put a sign up to say knock because lock doesn't work. Come on manager, spend $25 and guarantee one of your employees will fix. They deserve privacy (so do customers!). Self check worked well, limited parking.

The people are nice , but this location seems to always be understaffed in the mornings. Either you wait in a long line for the only cashier or use the self checkout and hope nothing goes wrong because nobody will be available to come help you.

the pharmacy is continuously out of "supply" and customers are forced to go without their prescription for days waiting on their prescriptions to arrive. God forbid you inquire why you've been waiting for a refill for weeks...you'll get a snotty response and told nothing...except they don't know when they'll have it in...Awful experience...strongly recommend another pharmacy provider who has the concern to meet their medication filling obligations...

The local people call this ghetto Safeway, but I love the small size compared to our Plaza Way Safeway. It's Safeway, a little bit of everything! Small parking lot, but centrally located in Walla Walla!

Sorry people, I can Not give Bad reviews just because of Mandates, Etc...
So i Must say....It is very close, handy, friendly staff & good choices! It's a great 10 block walk from my house!!!
