4 W Main St, Walla Walla“I love this place but, they don’t communicate between each other. One tech will say something and if you call later, if you get a different one they have know idea who you are or what you are talking about”

215 E Rose St, Walla Walla“I love shopping here. The management is helpful, the checkers are polite and chatty, and the store is super clean. You can tell they're making an effort to modernize with the times. Love to shop here!”

450 N Wilbur Ave, Walla Walla“12-1-23
I am keeping this Review here but I am adding to it and changing my Star rating and this is why. We all can have bad days and we as humans act towards one another poorly because of that. I am not going into details but Tyson at Savon helped me understand this. So, be patient and understanding to each other. Act kindly even when it is the hardest.
I have understood the short staff due to the pandemic, however after over a year the poor customer service that I received today and the hoops that had to be gone through to find out they didn't even ran my prescription through my insurance was the final straw. When employees feel they do not have to have any knowledge to their app, or even how to verify information there is a larger problem then short staffed.”

1600 Plaza Way, Walla Walla“Had to stop in for my rx the other day. Staff was very polite and helped me contact my Dr to get it transferred here while traveling through WA. Ya'll are rockstars!”

633 W Tietan St, Walla Walla“All and all, they’ve come through. It’s clear they are understaffed, but those that are there in the trenches have helped. There are a few stand outs that are excellent staff. People need to mitigate bad experiences by doing everything that they can to make it smooth. Insurance companies as well as many medical facilities can make it a rough experience. Unfortunately, it’s the pharmacy staff bearing the brunt of angry patients.”

“Bi-Mart is one of my favorite places to shop. I've shopped in several stores in Washington and Oregon and never had a bad experience. Prices are very competitive, store employees are friendly and, more importantly, knowledgeable, and they have a great selection of items to choose from in a wide variety of departments. Yes, you have to have a membership, but it's only five bucks for a lifetime membership.”
