I went in to purchase a ball python there where multiple to choose from all being basic ball pythons one of the tanks was marked “fancy ball python” though it was clearly a basic to the trained eye. I asked Chris the Heavily tattooed gentleman who was sent out to help us after 10 or so minutes of waiting I asked Chris why this basic ball python was marked as a fancy and he was not hesitant to tell me as he shrugged his shoulders “ no idea probably just so we can charge you more for the same thing”
I laughed and walked out of the store only to stop by petsmart where an employee took 20 minutes of her time to walk me through the entire process of snake ownership and what to watch out for. Along with pointing out the difference of a basic and fancy ball python before I even asked her.
If anyone at the corporate level actually reads these reviews this was at the College Place Washington location on July 4, 2024 around 12:00

The dental chews are far more expensive here than any where else. Same product. Higher price at Petco.

I needed to return/exchange dog food. Kimberly was extremely knowledgeable with the pet food ingredients and helped me above and beyond...her customer service is to be commended and rewarded. Also helpful was Uriel in finding my transaction that I had misplaced. They both need HUGE Kudos for their customer service. I was impressed and greatly appreciative. In this day when so many people just don't care, these guys did!!! Kudos to the Walla Walla branch!!!

The associate helped me confirm my price match.
He also updated my Petco Rewards with my current phone#.
I didn't get his name.
