“Took my Akita to PetSmart yesterday to get de-fluffed. She was looking like she belonged to the streets now she is an acceptable looking lady that is ready for a dog show! All thanks to Sasha and the team in the grooming department.
I was also surprised at how clean and organized the store is. Had a lot of product to choose from. Would love to take my dog back there again when fur-mageddon happens.”

Also helpful was Uriel in finding my transaction that I had misplaced. They both need HUGE Kudos for their customer service. I was impressed and greatly appreciative. “About 3 years ago, I adopted one of the dogs here named Journey. When we first saw her picture, we fell in love with her instantly. We took a trip to meet her and she was extremely friendly. You could tell she was definitely a street dog in the past but she was super kind-hearted. They let us take her home for a test run to see if she was suitable for our house and she was more than perfect. She now goes by the name Boba and shes happier than ever. She stays home with her best friend / our other dog Riceball and they run around and play outside all day. When we get home, they get spoiled with steak and bones and many treats. She loves dressing up and brushing her hair and especially her teeth. We are so grateful to have her.”

“Neat little store with a good selection of freshwater tropical fish. Just check the expiration date on foods and such - some have been on the shelf for a long time. Staff is friendly and they can special order fish for you if you're willing to wait a couple weeks.”
